Located just 2 hours from the Grand Canyon, the Sedona area is in the middle of 100 square miles of Red Rock formations offering spectacular views year round. Activities include hiking, bicycling as well as jeep, balloon, and air tours. Just south of Flagstaff, Arizona, day tours are available to the Grand Canyon, the Navajo and Hopi Reservations as well as many Sinaguan Indian ruins and rock art sites. Canyon Villa is located just minutes from three public and semi-private golf courses. Sedona is just 1 hour and 40 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix.
Canyon Villa was custom built in 1992 as a Luxury bed and breakfast
with 10 of the 11 guestrooms designed to provide spectacular views of the Red Rocks. The inn
sets on the edge of the Coconino National Forest (a highlands desert) and hiking is available right from the premises. The large common area includes a full 2 story vaulted ceiling above the living and dining area with a see through woodburning fireplace. Guests enjoy a 1000 volume reading library. The pool is heated year round and lies before the scenic Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte with another wood burning fireplace as a corner backdrop.
10 of the 11 rooms have direct views of the Red Rocks from Bedside as well as from private decks and semi-private patios. Guests have "Front Row" seats to the blazing sunrises and sunsets without having to leave their rooms. Each room is tastefully decorate with a different them ranging from a classic Southwest design to Santa Fe, Victorian, and even a Cottage room with white wicker furniture. 2 rooms have twin/king bed combinations, 8 are king, and one room is queen. 4 of the rooms have gas burning fireplaces, and all but one have jetted tubs Second Story rooms have vaulted ceilings and all rooms are "staggered" from each other to provide maximum privacy.
The Sedona area includes dozens of fine retaurants, most locally owned and operated. The on-premises pool is heated year round and available to guests 24/7, Also available 24/7 is the living area including the library where a computer and internet connection is provided at no additional charge.
Room Turn Down is provided to all guests along with complimentary evening coffee, tea, and cookies baked fresh daily by the Inn chef. Guests fare also includes a full hors d'ovuers hour and sodas and juices are available 24/7 in the main dining area. In-room Massages can be arranged by the inn's concierge staff and multiple spas are available through the Sedona area.
Policies & Restrictions
Canyon Villa Inn is a 100% Smoke and Pet free environment. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the premises including all decks, patios, and courtyards.
Although Canyon Villa is primarily designed for individuals and couples,
Children are accepted at age 11 and older.
To ensure a quiet and private environment for all guests, the inn does not host weddings, parties, and large groups. Small groups are welcome (6 to 8 maximum)

From Prescott, Oak Creek Canyon or Sedona: At the intersection of Highway 89A and SR 179 (traffic signal), south on 179 for 6.1 miles. Right onto Bell Rock Blvd. (first traffic signal). After one short block, right onto Canyon Circle Drive. We're on the right at the end of the block.
Canyon Villa is not a discount property although AAA members are automatically upgraded to the next level room based on availability at time of arrival.
