Talk to our General Manager Ernesto (My Brother) about the NATURAL HOT SPRINGS or about anything else you would like to do!

There are a host of water sports...surfing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, boogie boarding & beachcombing. There are many outdoor activities too.... horseback riding, hiking, caving, mountain biking & bird watching just to mention a few. We are offering all-inclusive surfing and multi-sport adventures, 7 day packages with Lost Coast Adventures. These include: housing, meals, transfers, equipment, professional instruction and local guide!

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Casas Gregorio are Two (2) Private Casas & Two (2) Private Bungalows located on Troncones Beach near the sleeply fishing village of Troncones. We are right on the Pacific Ocean just north of Ixtapa/Zihua, Mexico. Our Casas are about 1,250 square feet & they each have two (2) bedrooms (w/King-Size Beds) & two (2) baths & they sleep four (4) people. Our Bungalows are about 600 square feet each & they have King-Size Bunkbeds with an attached bath & they sleep four (4) people each. At Casas Gregorio you can do as little or as much as you want

Amenities

Our casas have two (2) large bedrooms with King Size Beds & attached bathrooms. There is a fully-equipped kitchen & the living area opens up to a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean.The windows are screened & bedrooms, kitchen & living room have overhead fans!The front patios have lawn chairs and hammocks for your comfort. Bottled water, bedding/linens & daily maid service are all provided. Our bungalows have King Size bunkbeds with an attached bath. Each bungalow has a refrigerator & the bungalows share a common kitchen. The windows are screened & each bungalow has an overhead fan. The front of each bungalow has a porch with hammocks & a view of the swimming pool & Pacific Ocean. Bottled water, bedding/linens & daily maid service are all provided!

Rene`is our buildings, grounds & pool specialist. He is very friendly & he keeps the pool spotless! Rene's wife Santa is our housekeeper. She is very friendly & she keeps the casas & bungalows clean, neat & tidy. Rene & Santa are on the complex six (6) days a week. Ernesto is there & available 7/24/365!

ATTENTION: If you would like SOME or ALL of your meals prepared just let us know and we will make the arrangements! Our STAFF is VERY FRIENDLY & they are there to make your stay very special! My brother Ernesto is our General Manager. He knows how to make our guests feel very welcome & he speaks Spanish almost as good as English!

Pets and Children are welcome.

We have a "No Smoking" Policy inside our casas & bungalows. However Smoking is OK on the grounds.

High Season: Nov 15th to April 30th Bungalow: $ 525.00 USD weekly (2 people) $ 595.00 USD weekly (4 people) Casa: $ 1,100.00 USD per week (4 people)
Green Season: May 1st to Nov. 14th Bungalow: $ 375.00 USD weekly (2 people) $ 425.00 USD weekly (4 people) Casa: $ 800.00 USD per week (4 people)

Directions

Leaving the airport head towards Ixtapa/Zihua....

·Watch Out for SPEED BUMPS in Zihua!!!
·Go straight through Zihua and head out on the new freeway.
·Take the first (only) off-ramp, (less than 1 mile) which bears to the right, if you stay on freeway you go to Ixtapa.

·Stay on this road and it turns into Highway 200... Drive very cautiously the first 3 miles, (hills & sharp curves).
After you flatten out you will stay on this road all the way to the Troncones turn-off!
·Along the way you will notice a sign to Ixtapa, (L/H turn) this is where you would turn if coming from Casas Gregorio to visit Ixtapa.

·You will go through several small Mexican villages on you way the last two (2) are Pantla and Buena Vista...

Pay close attention for speed bumps in all of these cities.
·After leaving Buena Vista look for a small chapel to the left, the Troncones turn-off is now less than two (2) miles.
·As you wind around the final curve (in foothills now), pay close attention to what's following you as the Troncones sign appears suddenly and you need to brake quickly to make the left hand turn to Troncones!
·Trucks and Buses follow closely at times and this could be a problem especially at night!
·Take the road (L/H turn) to Troncones and take a right on the beach road at the Pacific Ocean and over the bridge to Casas Gregorio...
·We're on the L.H. side of the road about 3/4 miles past the bridge... A Casas Gregorio sign is on the fence at the corner of the property.
