It’s conceivable that you could get tired of the peaceful tranquility of morning beachcomber walks, floating around in the pool with a margarita, lazy afternoons reading in a seaside hammock and romantic sunsets on beautiful Troncones Beach. You may never want to leave Casas Gregorio, but if you decide to venture out into the water, there’s plenty to do: sailing, deep sea fishing, kayaking, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, boogie boarding and wind surfing. Inland adventurers can choose from golf, tennis, hiking, horseback riding, hunting, caving, mountain biking, bird watching and of course, shopping. The local cuisine is known throughout Mexico for it’s wonderful regional flavors and incredibly fresh seafood dishes.

Vacation Rental Property

Casas Gregorio consists of two private casas and two private bungalows on the beach, just 30 minutes north of Ixtapa/Zihuatenejo, Mexico. Each casa is 1,250 square feet and they each have 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 baths in a double-master configuration. Each Bungalow is about 600 square feet. The bungalows have king size bunk beds with an attached bath. Each casa and each bungalow sleep 4 people.

Amenities

Our casas have two (2) large bedrooms with King Size Beds & attached bathrooms. There is a fully-equipped kitchen & the living area opens up to a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean.The windows are screened & bedrooms, kitchen & living room have overhead fans!The front patios have lawn chairs and hammocks for your comfort. Bottled water, bedding/linens & daily maid service are all provided. Our bungalows have King Size bunkbeds with an attached bath. Each bungalow has a refrigerator & the bungalows share a common kitchen. The windows are screened & each bungalow has an overhead fan. The front of each bungalow has a porch with hammocks & a view of the swimming pool & Pacific Ocean. Bottled water, bedding/linens & daily maid service are all provided! Rene`is our buildings, grounds & pool specialist. He is very friendly & he keeps the pool spotless! Rene's wife Santa is our housekeeper. She is very friendly & she keeps the casas & bungalows clean, neat & tidy. Rene & Santa are on the complex six (6) days a week. Ernesto is there & available 7/24/365!

Daily Houskeeping ( except Sundays) ATTENTION: If you would like SOME or ALL of your meals prepared just let us know and we will make the arrangements! Our STAFF is VERY FRIENDLY & they are there to make your stay very special! My brother Ernesto is our General Manager. He knows how to make our guests feel very welcome & he speaks Spanish almost as good as English!

Policies & Restrictions

Pets and Children are welcome. We have a "No Smoking" Policy inside our casas & bungalows. However Smoking is OK on the grounds.

High Season: Nov 15th to Dec 14th and Jan 6th to April 30th Bungalow: $615-675 USD wkly or $90-99 USD nightly (2 or 4 people) Casa: $1,300 wkly or $188 USD nightly (4 people) - add a bed for $10 USD
Christmas and New Years Holiday Dec 15th to Jan 5th Bungalow: $700-775 USD wkly or $100-111 USD nightly (2 or 4 people) Casa: $1,600 wkly or $230 USD nightly (4 people) - add a bed for $10 USD
Green Season: May 1st to Nov. 14th Bungalow: $450-510 USD wkly or $65-75 USD nightly (2 or 4 people) Casa: $1,000 wkly or $145 USD nightly (4 people) - add a bed for $10 USD

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 Noon

A deposit of 50% is required to hold reservation. The balance can be paid upon your arrival at Casas Gregorio.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival are non-refundable. For reservations cancelled 30 to 60 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is refundable subject to a charge of 10% to 50%, depending on whether or not you book another reservation to replace your cancellation. Charges are set to offset lost revenues due to the unlikelihood that we can re-book your reserved time with another guest. On cancellations made 61 days or more prior to your arrival, 90% of your deposit will be refunded. We recommend that you consider securing travel insurance to protect your reservation deposit.

Ixtapa/Zihuatenejo has an international airport supported by several U.S. Airlines including Alaska, American, America West, Continental and Pioneer. At the airport you can rent a car, though book your reservations on-line before you arrive to secure the best rates. Casas Gregorio is about 35 minutes by car from the airport.

To be sure, this is not your typical big-name corporate resort. It’s much better than that. Our resort offers you access to and proximity to the amenities that you want with the intimacy and service so hard to find elsewhere.
