Prospect's 980-acre estate in the resort town of Ocho Rios, Jamaica, has 5 luxurious sea front villas and a historic Great House.Eight Rivers, Frangipani, Somewhere and Wag Water villas each have their own 1-1/2 acre private garden, pool, sun deck and steps into the sea. Frankfort has its own exclusive pristine white sand beach. Prospect Great House is 1-mile inland, perched on a hill 300 feet above the sea with a commanding view of the estate and Caribbean Sea. All of the Prospect rental houses are fully staffed with a cook, butler, maid/laundress and all night security. Guests can also enjoy the free use of the Estate's tennis court, mini-golf course and popular Prospect Plantation Tours which offers jitney and horse back riding tours. All activities are within an easy 5-minute walk of the villas. The friendly on-site managers greet all guests and are happy to cater to their individual needs.All guests of Prospect Villas receive complimentary Plantation Tours, horseback riding, mini golf, airport transfers on stays of seven days or more and beach access. Eight Rivers villa is an exquisite four-bedroom villa with 5000 sq. ft. of plush living space. There is the choice of an indoor and an outdoor dining room, a large terrace and a sunken living room, which is equipped with cable TV, telephone and CD stereo system. Each of the deluxe air-conditioned bedrooms has a private verandah, bathroom and dressing room. The central verandah leads out to a large swimming pool and a few more steps take you out to a gazebo, that is perfect for evening drinks, and a sun deck set in the rocks with easy access to the clear blue waters of the Caribbean. ==================================================== Frangipani is the newest of the luxury villas on the historic Prospect Estate. Each of the four deluxe air-conditioned bedrooms has its own private verandah, bathroom and separate powder room. The spacious living room is equipped with cable TV, telephone and CD stereo system. The central verandah leads out to a magnificent pool with a sun deck and steps to a jetty with walk-out access to the clear blue waters of the Caribbean. ==================================================== Somewhere villa is nestled in Prospect Estate's lush tropical garden overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. This spacious four-bedroom villa blends perfectly with the natural surroundings. Two of the four bedrooms open onto a large living room which leads out to an extensive covered verandah. The other two bedrooms open straight out to their own private patios with a covering trellis supporting overhanging flowering vines and a fabulous sea view. ==================================================== Wag Water is a charming three-bedroom villa overlooking the sea and forming part of the historic Prospect Estate.
