Eight Rivers, Frangipani, Somewhere and Wag Water villas each have their own 1-1/2 acre private garden, pool, sun deck and steps into the sea. Frankfort has its own exclusive pristine white sand beach. Prospect Great House is 1-mile inland, perched on a hill 300 feet above the sea with a commanding view of the estate and Caribbean Sea.
All of the Prospect rental houses are fully staffed with a cook, butler, maid/laundress and all night security. Guests can also enjoy the free use of the Estate's tennis court, mini-golf course and popular Prospect Plantation Tours which offers jitney and horse back riding tours. All activities are within an easy 5-minute walk of the villas. The friendly on-site managers greet all guests and are happy to cater to their individual needs.All guests of Prospect Villas guest receive complimentary Plantation Tours, horseback riding, mini golf, airport transfers on stays of seven days or more and beach access.

Eight Rivers villa is an exquisite 4 bedroom/4 bath and recently fully remodeled villa with 5000 sq. ft. of plush living space. Each of the deluxe air-conditioned bedrooms has a private veranda, bathroom and dressing room.
