CAREER DIVISION
Most of the dishes chosen can be easily made at home and the ingredients can generally be found in your country of origin. They are surprisingly simple to prepare yet are unforgettably flavourful and will have a profound effect on your future guests.Your program will give a balanced knowledge to acquire the principal techniques for dressing the plates, making the fresh dough for pasta, pizza and bread, learn about fish, vegetables meat and legumes, ending by creating fresh and delicate pastry. Select one of the following course that most fit for your needs, interest, expectations and budgets: Neapolitan and Mediterranean culinary arts Baking and Pizza Artsculinary arts courses option:"Odilia" Our most basic course, gives students the opportunity to learn three basic menus, starting with an appetizer, and closing with a typical dessert. This course will consist of three lessons over three different days for a corresponding total of 12 hours per week and include 6 evening meals."Laura" meets for a total of 20 hours per week. This course also gives the student the opportunity to learn five complete menus rather than the three included in the basic course."Camilla" is the most intensive course providing 30 hours of lessons in one week. There is one more class in respect to the general course and 6 additional hours focused on teaching specialty food products and local liquors.

INTERSHIP PROGRAM
Your cooking class can be scheduled either the morning (10.30 � 14:30) or the afternoon (16:30 � 20:30). As an example, you class can be as listed below:The Chef will teach you how to formally decorate a plate, from inspiration. For example, we could fill a small boat-shaped plate full of seafood for a nice appetizer. We will continue on with the lesson, preparing the traditional southern Italian Risotto alla Pescatora. This dish is a direct descendent from the age of Spanish domination, in fact it is very similar to paella. You will have couple of breaks during the class for a total of 30 minutes in length. In this time you can discuss with the chef other gastronomic topics or just have a relaxing time enjoying a glass of wine or a coffee.Then you will start the second course, where you will prepare an imperial Calamaro (big squid) filled with different types of sea food, covered with a sweet cherry tomato sauce, baked in the oven. We will complete the evening with a light cake and fruit cocktail.Note: * the above menu is just an example.During your free time you can ask for different gastronomic activities, which will expand your knowledge on the Neapolitan culinary resources and culture.Visit the market to learn how to select the best vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients used during the preparation of our meals.Visit the oldest traditional cheese factories and watch the production of old-fashioned braided Neapolitan Mozzarella, the Casocavallo, and other unique cheeses produced in this area.Walk in Sorrento for a stroll around the town - an experience rich in surprises. Whatever your needs or interests may be, we are willing to help make your vacation an experience to remember.You will be greeted at the gate and feel at home from the moment you arrive. Mami Camilla is a very comfortable, relaxing place to stay. You can have as much privacy as you like or if you prefer, you can socialize with the family and other guests until the wee hours of the morning. There are many different types of room available depending on your preferences. There are rooms with private baths as well as others with shared baths for those on a tighter budget. There was plenty of patio areas where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the scenery. With a quick 3 minute walk you are at the beach where you can enjoy an breathtaking view of the bay and go swimming at the public or private beach.
