Description of Surrounding Area

Bahama Bay Resort is situated on the shore of Lake Davenport, just minutes from all the major theme parks and many golf courses. It is ideally located for many Orlando attractions, shopping malls and notable areas of Central Florida.

It has been called an 'Oasis amid a Sea of Theme Parks', as it is located in a beautiful and quiet spot away from the hussle and noise of the main tourist areas.

However, on a clear night you can see the Disney fireworks across the lake from the Resturant Patio.

Description of Vacation Rental Property

Our spacious 3 bed/2 bath condos are a complete home from home, fully furnished and sleeping up to 8 guests.

Each have 3 bedrooms (2 queen doubles and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), with a double sofa-bed in the living area. A foldaway child's cot & highchair are also provided at no extra charge, along with a in-apartment valuables safe.

With a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave), 2 TVs, DVD player, mini stereo, washing machine and tumble dryer there is everything you could need. There are two small screened patio areas, one of the lounge and one off the master bedroom.

Amenities on the Bahama Bay Resort include gated security, 4 heated outdoor pools, 6 spa pools, Kiddies pool & play area, 24-hour Clubhouse Reception with Mambo’s poolside bar & grill, relaxing lounge areas, mini-market, gym & sauna facilities, Eleuthera Health Spa & Salon, children’s playroom, mini-cinema, internet cafe, ticket & information point and a tennis/basketball court.
The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bars are located on the lakeshore, along with a sandy beach, volleyball area & fishing dock

Restrictions

A maximum of 8 people only may stay in the apartment during any one booking period, should more accommodation be required, we have contact with other owners at the Resort.

Sorry, No pets - except Assistance Animals - are allowed on the Resort. No smoking allowed in the apartment however the patio areas may be used if required.

Rates & Availability

Normal Prices from US $700 -$900 per week. Rates are for the apartment (not per person) and include all local sales taxes.

A departure cleaning fee of $65 is payable on arrival at the Resort.
