A queen size bed in one and two twin size beds in the other. 2 full bathrooms. This condo sleeps up to 6. Living/dinning area, full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, heat, A/C, Private Screened patio with propane BBQ, telephones,answering machine, TVs/Cable w/over 200 channels/VCR/DVD, high speed internet access, free long distance to all USA and Canada, all linen, cutlery and crockery etc. Over 1100sq ft. Everything you need for a perfect vacation.
Sleeps up to 6 people. Queen bed in bedroom, 2 Twin beds in bedroom. Sofa sleeper.
No Pets. No smoking indoors.
RATES: US Dollars. Jan-Mar $2700.00.April-Aug $1800.00/mo or $1200/weekSept-Dec $1400.00/mo or $1000/weekAny 2 continuous months or more from April-Dec rate can be reduced!! Will also rent long term lease. Inquire for other time periods. $85 cleaning fee. $300 Refundable Security Deposit required to confirm dates.
