Surrounding Area
It is located in a residential area a few yards away from the sea and only 1,5 Km from the centre of Sorrento and consists of a 30.000 square meter orchard garden organized in :standard bungalows, superior bungalows and chalets with a maximum capacity of 200 people.
The Giardino delle Esperidi is also the ideal spot to base yourself for a cultural holiday since the complex is close to the main archaeological and historical sites of the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast.
The local rail system “Circumvesuviana” is only a five minute walk away and connects Naples (60 mins), Herculaneum (50 min) and Pompei (35 min).
A bus opposite the main gate of the complex connects to Sorrento, as well as the harbour and hydrofoil services to Capri and Ischia.
The company is managed by a young trendy staff and is experienced at welcoming individuals, couples, families with children and also school groups.
The holiday village is open from March through November.
Accommodations
The standard bungalows can be either one or two bedroom with one en-suite bathroom and they can house from 2 up to 6 people. They are very simple and they are not provided with kitchenette.
The superior bungalows have been recently renovated and they have one or two rooms, kitchenette, en-suite bathroom with hairdryer, hot/cold air conditioning, Tv and safe.
The wooden chalets consist of one room with bathroom and the kitchen room. They all have a veranda with table and chairs. They are also provided with air conditioning , Tv and safe.

place within the holiday complex
“Giardino delle Esperidi “ in Sant’Agnello
di Sorrento , located a few steps away
from the sea and from the city centre of Sorrento.
The property is managed by the D’Esposito family.
The cooking school is surrounded by lemon
and orange trees where are dislocated bungalows,
chalets and apartments which can accommodate
anyone who wish to spend an unforgettable holiday
in Sorrento that combines Neapolitan food, art, and culture.
The school offers one-day and multi-day
hands-on cooking classes as well as all inclusive
packages that are offered year round from
a minimum of two to a maximum of
15 participants.
The classes are based on menus
of the traditional Italian cuisine,
with a particular emphasis on Neapolitan
recipes. Special programs can be
arranged for those who wish to focus
their attention on specific dishes or
Italian specialties such as Pizza, bread, pasta,
sauces, fish, pastries and decoration, drinks and wine.
Our daily classes begin at 10:00
and end around 2:00,
allowing you time to explore
the art and culture of Sorrento on your own.
The programs include a visit to the colourful
food markets, a mozzarella cheese factory
and the limoncello liqueur factory, a pizza making
demonstration at pizzeria "Aurora " and the final
dinner is held at Il Buco, a 1-star Michelin restaurant.

- 3 nights / 4 day package: 2 cooking classes + lunches + Hotel accommodation with HB + transportation from and to the airport

YOUR WEDDING IN SORRENTO
The Giardino delle Esperidi also caters for weddings, parties, business meetings and other events, together with all related services: hairdressing, make up artist, photographer, limousine service, church selection and booking, flower decoration as well as food catering and entertainement and much more.

The price is per unit per night and it includes: electricity, gas, hot water, linen and towels, daily maid service ( does not include the kitchnette), kitchen furniture, car parking.
An extra € 50 is requested for the final cleaning of the room + the kitchen corner.
* From July 29th to August 27t 2005 arrivals and departures must be on a saturday.During this period all customers have to pay a Club Card which is € 40 per person per week and which includes: the use of the sunbeds on the swimming-pool, hot showers, one swim hat ( compulsory for swimming ), sport activities, piano bar and music at night.
On August 15th the management organizes the special Gala Dinner for “ Ferragosto “ including the fireworks show organized by the local town hall.

Directions
BY PLANE: Once landed at Capodichino International Airport in Naples, you can either use the Curreri bus that takes you directly to Sorrento city centre in approxmately 1 hour ( ask us for the time schedule),or you can arrange for private trasportation to pick you up at the airport (from 1 person up to 50.We can organize this service on your behalf).
BY TRAIN: Once arrived at Naples Central Station you can transfer to the local rail system ”CIRCUMVESUVIANA”connecting Naples to Sorrento in approximately 1 hour (ask us for the time-schedule and details).
BY CAR: Once arrived in Naples you must get on the A3 motorway Napoli-Salerno, south direction and get off in Castellammare di Stabia, then follow the signs to Sorrento. The brown signs “Penisola Sorrentina”, placed at the main junctions between Naples and Sorrento, will help you .
The GIARDINO DELLE ESPERIDI organizes private transfers from the airport and the train station daily. Prices start from € 80 one way for two people.
