Upon a hill which commands one of the most stunning views of Tuscany stands "Il Castello di Pastine", a XIV century residence, surrounded by the castle's private garden-park with ample lawns, olive groves, and 14 hectare age old wood. The park also boats a large swimming pool with a wonderful view of San Gimignano -the famous medieval towered city-, a floodlit tennis court/five-a-side football pich and a large area, equipped with a barbecue grill and a wood oven for pizzas. The particular position of the property, as well as offering tranquillity and privacy with its unique panorama which has been unchanged since 1300, also makes it the perfect spot from which to make pleasant excursions to places in the surrounding countryside; while historical and artistic cities of Florence and Siena are little more than half an hour away.
Within its old farmhouses, in a privileged position in front of the villa and with a large terrace from which the sun can be seen setting, independent apartment have been created, all furnished with care and passion; each one comprised of 2 floors; each one with a large fireplace, terracotta stone flooring, chestnut wood beamed ceilings, a kitchen with oven, fridge and dishwasher; and independent central heating.

First floor: 1 single bedroom, private bathroom with bath/shower, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 bathroom with shower and window.

Apartment 2B: 100 square meter apartment for 4 people. Ground floor: sitting room with divans, two entryways and characteristic terracotta stone vaulted ceiling, living/dining room with large fireplace and independent kitchen furnished with oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Apartment 6F: 200 square meter independent villetta for 6 people in the wood below the swimming pool with independent automatic gated entryway into the provincial road.
