We have beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella for the use of our guests. We are centrally located to 23 championship golf courses and are minutes away from a wide variety of restaurants.

OUR TENNIS VILLA:2 Bedroom-2bath 850 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6. Master bedroom has Queen bed and private bath. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. The living room sofa opens to a queen bed. Second bath is in main living area.

OUR PALMETTO DUNES VILLA: 2 br/2bth/ is 1500 sq. feet that sleeps 6 and is perfect for larger families or 2 groups of adults wanting space and privacy.The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2d bedroom has a queen bed.

The Tennis Villa:
The unit is fully equipped for your stay. Linens are provided.There is a beach umbrella & beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys for the children.Just bring your beach towels.There are 2 TV's, and a vcr, as well as a stereo/cd player. The phone is available for local outgoing calls and all incoming ones. There is a voice mail box for message.

PALMETTO DUNES VILLA; This villa is also fully equipped with the added benefit of being almost twice the size , and all on one ground level and very quiet and private and spacious.

Services Offered

If you like we can have special request items waiting for you when you arrive. Ex: milk, juice, eggs,coffee. The fee is based on items purchased.

Policies & Restrictions

The Tennis Villa's resort does not allow pets. The unit is NON smoking. If you wish to bring a small dog on your vacation you might be interested in our large luxurious 2 bedroom villa at Palmetto Dunes. Ask us!
