Renovated lately;completely furnished; Private beach; 2 car Garage; BBQ Grill; Paved roomy parking area; Surrounded by a private 10 acers forrest.

Living room -: Dining table with large windows facing the lake and the White Mountains;
1. Kitchen-: Fully furnished (all facilities included) with a door to a Deck (balcony). From this balcony you can step down to the beach area and to the basement.
2. Master bedroom-: With small private toilet room and queen size bed.
3. Guest bedroom-: With king size bed, writing desk (Fax).
3. Full Bathroom
4. Attic-: Folding staircase leads to 2 small rooms unfurnished.
5. Basement-: Dryer and washer.
6. Deck-: Sitting area with Adirondack chairs and dining table.

Outside:
You may choose to have a quiet dinner on the beach by the Lake. Serve your meals on the outside table and chairs for a pleasant evening, under the Stars.

There is a No Smoking Policy inside the house! Smokers must go outside to smoke. Thank You for your consideration.
