Danzante is located in a secluded bay just steps away from the Sea of Cortez and the Loreto National Marine Park, which is a protected World Heritage Site. Attractions include numerous off shore islands teeming with marine life including dolphins, several species of whales, game fish, reef fish and other marine life. Numerous underwater reefs and seamounts provide excellent scuba diving and snorkeling. Nearby canyons provide great hiking, horseback riding and birdwatching. Our sandy beach provides great beach combing and nearby waters are considered the best in the Sea of Cortez for kayak excursions.

Accommodations

Danzante consists of 9 bungalows located along the top of a dramatic hill with spectacular 360 degree views of the canyon walls and the marine park islands. From the rooms, a short walkway leads to our large palm thatched dining room, swimming pool and outdoor barbque area. Our onsite multi-purpose activity center hosts weddings, group gatherings and celebrations and corporate retreats. Our organic garden and horse corral are located below on the canyonside of the property, within walking distance from your room.

Rooms/Suites

EAch Jr. Suite has private bathroom with a large, tiled shower, either one large king or 2 queen beds, french doors that open onto its own patio with hammocks and lounge chairs and spectacular views of the ocean and islands. Ceiling fans and skylites keep the rooms bright and airy. Hand made Mexican style rustic wood and wrought iron furniture combine with colorful handmade bedspreads to give the rooms a feeling of Mexican elegance and charm. Purified water is provided in each room. Two of the suites are executive-honeymoon suites, affording more privacy and space.
