An outdoor and nature lover's paradise! We are close to golfing, hiking, beaches and fishing.

Jogging, walking or cycling on the Galloping Goose Trail are minutes away. Hike in a forest is right out your front door. Wander the trails at Witty's Lagoon Regional Park. We are close to the Olympic View and Metchosin Golf Courses.

Description of Rooms/Suites

Your private, spacious suite includes a queen-sized bed, private four piece bathroom, kitchen facilities in the suite for making snacks, and separate entrance. Spectacular views overlook Happy Valley, Race Rocks Marine Protection Area, with, the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains in Washington State in the distance.

Race View B & B also offers weekly rates: $800 Canadian per week.

Directions

Take Sooke Road to Happy Valley Road (turn left). About 4.8 km (3 miles) down Happy Valley Road. you'll find Glenforest Drive (a left turn). Take Glenforest and keep to the left when it forks (about .7 km or 0.4 miles along). This is now Sundance. About .3 km (0.2 miles) along, go left onto Saddleback, then, right onto Hackamore. We're the last house on the left (845). It sounds complicated, but it's quite easy to find!
