Google Earth starts the city map for Paris exactly over our house..... This apartment is situated in the 1. District of Paris. The central and most important underground station "Chatelet-Les Halles" is just opposite your door.

You'll not need neither Metro nor Busses

This 2-Room-Apartment is situated in one of the rare pedestrian zones in Paris and you'll have a interesting view on the pedestrian area. Downstairs you can choose between many restaurants, cafés, theatres and music-pubs.

By the way: In this house where you'll lodge Beaumarchais and the author Eugene Scribe were born, some feet away Jean Baptiste Moliere. There are just seven apartments in this little and neat building and your neighbours are French.

Vacation Rental Property

This 2-room-apartment has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bath.The living-room with its 3 windows is very bright. From all its windows the pedestrian zone can be seen. The entrance has a wardrobe, there's also an interphone.

The two rooms have parquet. The apartment measures 43 sq-metres/ 500 sq foot. The four windows are highly isolated against warmth and noice. Before all windows are shutters.

The bedroom has a king size bed and two single beds - latex mattresses - chests of drawers, wardrobes, tasteful candlesticks, TV is in the sleeping room.

In the living-room is a large table, 4 chairs, bookshelves etc.This 2- Room-apartment has all the modern facilities such as telephone, answering machine, fax, colour TV and hifi-tuner with CD-Player and a safe.

The new fitted kitchen is totally furnished with ceramique hotplats, refrigerator, sink, many cupboards, coffee machine, micro-wave oven, iron, ironing board, tableware, glasses for wine, champagne, water etc. There's also a washer and a dryer in the kitchen.

The apartment is on the 3. floor in a building with lift and has been totally done up in november 2006 !

The maximum occupancy is four guests.
