The island of Ambergris is very popular for diving and snorkeling but there are also many other activities for all ages to enjoy including sailing, Mayan Sites, Manatee watching, zip lining, cave tubing, kayaking, beach BBQ's, wave runners, parasailing etc.

Accommodations

Royal Palm Villas are conveniently located just 1.5 miles south of San Pedro Town in a beautiful quiet area. There is easy access to and from town either by walking on the beach, golf cart, taxi or bicycle. There are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Any tours you decide to take the boat will pick you up at the end of the pier.

Rooms/Suites

We have one bedroom units with a view of the pool plus a oceanview from your private veranda. Each unit has a queen and double bed in the bedroom plus a queen sofabed. There is a kitchen, livingroom, dining area, & bath.

The units have central air, ceiling fans, cable TV, telephones.

Policies & Restrictions

No smoking inside the rentals, outdoor on the veranda is o.k.

Rates:
Low Season: May 1st-Dec. 15th US$110 per night for 2 guests plus US$20 for any additional guests per night.

Peak Season: Decmenber 16th-January 3rd US$160 per night for 2 guests plus US$20 for any additional guests per night

High Season: January 4th-april 30th US$130.00 per night for 2 guests plus US$20 for any additional guests per night
