Our private group lessons are especially designed for the Surf Goddesses, so you are sure to be standing up on the board by the end of your first lesson!The majority of our guests are beginner surfers, and we have designed our surf camps so that you can have a fun and safe environment to learn how to surf for the first time. You will receive personal attention at all times in our surf classes. Your surf lessons are held at an friendly beach break with warm water waves. Our foundation program will give you all the skills you need to prepare you for a lifetime of surfing.

Typical Day

Your day usually starts with an early morning yoga session overlooking the garden and pool. By breakfast time you will be feeling supple and energized and ready for breakfast. An excellent kick-start for another day in paradise. We then head out for a morning of surf lessons on the waves at Legian Beach, experiencing the exhilaration of riding tropical waves. All our activities will invigorate your body and stimulate your mind and are tailored to all levels of fitness so everyone can join in at their own pace; we always make sure our lessons are fun and informative with structured classes that build on your surfing knowledge and skills each day.After lunch, the afternoons are varied and allow for personal time in which you can explore the local offerings as you wish or soak up the sun by the swimming pool. On other days, you will experience our decadent pampering sessions or enjoy some sightseeing of Bali's highlights with the group. The day winds down with enjoying dinners which showcase delicious western and Indonesian cuisine. Age range, type of group

We welcome surf goddesses of every age, with the usual age of guests being women in their late 20's to 30's & 40's.About 90% of the women on the retreats are solo travelers and are learning to surf for the first time! We have created Surf Goddess Retreats so you can have a great holiday whether you are traveling alone or with others. We welcome solo travelers as well as pairs and groups of friends & female family members. No prior surf or yoga experience is needed - most of our guests are absolute beginners! Women of all levels of surf & yoga experience are invited to join us. Guests must be 18 + to attend. There is no maximum age limit. (You can learn to surf at any age and have a wonderful time!) We recommend that our guests be in good physical health to participate in our various activities.

Sleeping and meals

Enjoy charming personalized accommodation at our private Surf Goddess Villas where you will find laid back island living with a touch of luxury. Our 2 villas feature beautiful handcrafted furniture and artwork from Balinese artists joyfully flowing throughout the open buildings with the bedrooms and living areas open directly onto a private gardens and swimming pool. Water is the predominant feature evident through out the tropical gardens, azure pool and lotus ponds. Great care has been taken to ensure the comfort of your 'home away from home'. The Surf Goddess property houses two villas, each with two bedrooms. The bedrooms are fully air conditioned, with two double beds and private ensuite bathroom. Private rooms are available, shared rooms accommodate double occupancy and solo guests are welcome to choose the shared room option. Meals at the villa are served with purified spring water, fresh fruit juices, Bali's famous local coffee, herbal, green & black teas. Our guests' dining experience while on the retreats has always been a highlight, so much so it has often be joked that we should be called 'gourmet goddess' retreats!
