Our regular private shuttle bus, (runs 15/05/-30/09), will deliver you to the main Venice Island in 20mins or you can choose to take public transport from the camp entrance (30mins).


PLUS Camping Alba D\'Oro offers a unique hostel experience for your stay in Venice. We have all budgets covered with these accommodation options:

Mixed/shared dormitory (triples) with an ensuite.
These are modern, comfortable sized rooms that sleep 3 people and come with their own shower and toilet, storage space, bedding and electrical outlets.

Private twins with an ensuite.
Modern, comfortable rooms that sleep 2 people and come with their own shower, toilet, storage space, bedding and electrical outlets. Individuals can only book a private bed as a twin..

Check in is from 1pm onwards, check-out is 11am.

Cancellations must be done at least 24hrs before check in to avoid being charged for your first night\'s stay. If you are leaving late feel free to put your bags in the lockup to catch a few extra rays by the pool.

The pool will be open from the first day of the season to the last.

PLUS Camping Alba D\'Oro offers a pickup service from Treviso airport for €12 per person, minimum 2 people. Please book 72hrs in advance of pickup time.

MONEY MATTERS
For your added security we use a chipcard payment system on the campsite. On arrival you are issued with a rechargeable electronic chipcard that you use to pay for food and drinks from the bars and restaurant plus items from the market and bazaar. The card is rechargeable at every payment point on the campsite by cash only. Any value left on the card is refunded back to you on departure.

Please note that as of the 24/08/11 a new tourist tax has been enforced to be paid in addition to the normal room rates. Please see below for more more information.

€0.18 per night is to be paid during the following periods:

01/01 - 8/01
04/02 - 22/02
01/04 - 31/10
03/09 - 9/12
23/12 - 31/12

For all other periods the tax will be €0.09 per night. Children under the age of 10 are excluded where as those aged between 10 and 16 will only have to pay 50% .
