Welcome to the Residencial Das Araras Youth Hostel and Inn
We offer 20 beds in 5 cozy rooms. There are 4 beds per room, bunk style with clean bed linens provided. Each room provides personal space for luggage, a private bathroom with shower, ceiling fan and window screens for mosquito free sleep.
A swimming pool with bar service and BBQ, community kitchen/cafe, and beautiful landscaped yard with porch hammocks for relaxing complete the amenities. A light breakfast is provided for free daily.
Additional snacks and beverages can be purchased from the service bar and cafe. We also provide a private parking area for your convenience.
Taperapuan Beach, the premier beach of Porto Seguro is just a 10 minute walk from your room.
Our ideal location is conveniently close to public transportation, restaurants, nightclubs, shows and shopping.

Residencial Das Araras is located in Taperapuan Beach. also known to locals as Orla Norte. A major beach area just north of the city's center in a peaceful residential area called Village 1 On Rua do Campinho #02, Please look for our Residencial Das Araras signs.

Directions

Our location is in Taperapuan Beach, Porto Seguro, Bahia, Brazil. The city of Porto Seguro has an airport served by all domestic airlines from Brazils Major cities. Transportation by bus from all the major cities is also available.

From the airport or bus terminal you may take a taxi directly to the hostel or a bus to the town centre, where you may easily rent a car or catch a connecting public bus to Taperapuan Beach. also known to locals as Orla Norte. A major beach area just north of the city's center.
We are located in the prime beach area of Taperapuan in the residential area (subdivision) called Balneario De Taperapuan next to Village 1.
From the city center go north along the coastal route known as Avenida Beira Mar, shortly past the big nightclub called Axe Moi you will come to the Golfinho (dolphin) hotel, turn left on Avenida Atlantica, go straight until it ends at the intersection of Rua Telegrafo, you will see our sign posted at this intersection, turn right on Rua Telegrafo and then you will see our smaller sign, turn left on Rua do Campinho and you're there!
There is a secondary route to Residencial Das Araras through another residencial area known as Pataxos directly across the street from the Restaurant Barraca do Gaucho. Turn left off Avenida Beira Mar, go behind the Sueds Hotel and past the Pitstop market, this road also intersects with Rua Telegrafo, turn right on Telegrafo left on Rua do Campinho
