We are located in Forio on the West Coast of the beautiful island of Ischia.

Ring Hostel rocks! Located in a big house right in town, Ring Hostel is just a few minutes walk (7/9 minutes) from the beach, Forio Port AND the town centre, which makes it the perfect vacation spot. The house is actually an ancient 16th century convent, used in the past by Saint Francis Monks (Frati Francescani) and boasts a great roof top terrace to watch Forio\'s beautiful sunsets.
From Forio Port you can take day trips to Capri, Amalfi, Sorrento, Pompei. If you want to have a fun time, or just a calm vacation, Ring Hostel can offer both.

We offer private rooms for 1 to 6 people with or without an ensuite bathroom as well as dorm rooms for 4, 6, and 8 or 12 people with or without ensuite bathrooms as well. We have a wide selection of rooms, so please choose what suits you best.

Directions

We are situated in Forio on the west coast of Ischia Island, approximately 1hr by hydrofoil from the port of Naples.
You can either take a hydrofoil and arrive directly in Forio, or catch a ferry and arrive in Ischia port (east coast of the island), from which you will need to bus over to Forio. Take the #1, #2, or the CS bus from Ischia Port bus stop to Forio port. Get off the bus at the main stop infront of the port of Forio. You should see the yellow cathedral, the old tower and the yacht mall. Make your way toward the taxi rank and cross the pedestrian crossing toward near the fruit shop. To the left of the Captain Morgan ticket office is Via Cesare Calise - follow this road up until you reach a small piazza with a couple of shops and restaurants (La Strambata being one of them). Continue up the road until you reach a 4way intersection (you should see a shoe shop on the corner), carry on straight up the road (Via Roma), you will pass a clothing shop on your right and further up, a florist on your left. Ahead you should see a multipurpose store and when you approach, to the left of the shop on the wall you will see a blue Ring Hostel sign - this is Via Gaetano Morgera - follow this road all the way up until you see the yellowish building with our signage on the wall....you have arrived!
