We provide accommodation in comfortable apartments or cheap rooms near to Hilton Hotel, for a fraction of its price!

Our house is a classical apartment building from the 1930s with its own reception desk. The ground floor contains a small Italian restaurant (pizzeria) - open daily from 8:00 till 11 p.m.

Basic equipment of the rooms:
- kitchenette (refrigerator, electrical cooker or microwawe-oven, water heater for drinks, full set of dishes)
- television (satellite channels ), WI-FI, hair fan, telephone.
Bed linen, towels, bath sheets and tea towels are included in the basic price.

Types of our rooms and apartments:
1) SH...Private room with a shared bathroom ….clients rent just a part of a large apartment
2) G1-4...Studio apartment for 1-4 persons...this one-room apartment has a private bathroom and a kitchennette
3) FAM...Family apartment for 5 persons ....two-bedroom apartment with a private bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen
4) Type 3...Large 3-bedroom apartment for 6-8 persons

We provide free of charge:
- Telephone and fax services within Czech Republic (except mobile phones)
- Coffee and tea in the room
- Internet in the room (Wi-Fi)
- Computer in lobby
- Safety box at the reception desk
- Depository for your luggage or bikes
- Baby cot

Services for a low fee:
- Pick-up service 550,-CZK (up to 4 passengers)
- Laundry service 150,-CZK per load 4 kg (30 min drying incl.)
- Sightseeing tours (from 250,-CZK)

- Guarded parking 480,-CZK / 24 Hrs
- Babysitting/childcare on request

NOTE! Indoor swimming pool with sauna, solarium, massages, fitness and hairdresser are only 300 m from our house.

We are a 10 minute walk away from VÁCLAVSKÉ NÁMESTÍ (Wenceslas square) go to Stepánská street, turn down and to the right, Benátská street and 300 m walk left from Botanical gardens.

Tram 24 - from Wenceslas square (Vodickova street) Tram 18 - from TESCO MARKET (Spálená street, Národní trída) Tram stop Albertov University is our stop. Or walk from metro Karlovo nám. (line-B) down from the hill (st. Na Slupi)
