Welcome to the best Backpackers in the wine and surfing region of Margaret River. Our free shuttle bus will get you from town to our hostel 3 times a day and evenings on Friday an Saturday.

Known for its friendly staff and cleanliness,Surfpoint Backpackers is located only 500m from the beach and has many different leisure activities available all within easy access. There are great swimming beaches only a 5-minute walk from the hostel; fantastic surfing beaches are also just a short walk or drive.

The Cape-to-Cape walking track is very easy accessible and offers great bush walking with magnificent views of the coastline. A bicycle path offers a great ride from Surfpoint to Margaret River and beyond.

The caves, wineries and Margaret River town are all within a short drive. Cafes and shops are 5 minutes drive away or 15 minutes walking. Basic food items are for sale at reception.

All rooms have good quality beds with linen, blankets and pillows provided. They are also modern, clean and spacious.

The deluxe double/twin rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, colour TV,DVD player, bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The standard double/twin rooms have a colour TV in the room with shared bathroom facilities.

The dormitories are 4-share and 6-share rooms.

The kitchen is very modern, spacious and fully equipped with all cooking utensils while the games room has a pool table, board games, access to the internet and a colour TV.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A cancellation fee of $25 is charged.
If less then 7 days notice is given, one nights accommodation is charged as cancellation fee.

We are just 3 1/2 hours from Perth.

Surfpoint@Prevelly is located less than 500 metres from one of Australia's finest beach fronts and just 10 minutes by car from the township of Margaret River.
From Bussel Hwy: Follow Wallcliffe Road in the direction of Prevelly Beach/Park for about 11km. (southern end of town).
Walcliffe is the only road to the beach; halfway to Surfpoint, it moves to the left by 20 metres when dissected by caves road.
Ignore the right-hand turnoff to 'Surfers point' Road but continue until after you passed the boat ramp. Riedle Drive is the next left and the resort is 100 metres on the right.
From Caves Road: Take Prevelly Park turnoff (left)instead of going into Margaret River (right). Then as above.
