From our rooms you have a view of the Adriatic Sea, as well as the newly built bridge of Dubrovnik.

All rooms have a terrace, satellite TV, kitchen in studio apartment (no kitchen is available in rooms), central vacuum cleaner, air-conditioning, central heating, telephone (ISDN) with connection to the internet and a parking space. Whether you come to Dubrovnik on business or privately, wake up with birds singing from the green oasis which surrounds the villa and it will make your stay even more pleasant.
