This typical home in natural stone is fully restructured in respect to the local architecture and is situated in a very small, and set apart rural village on the greens hills of Umbria between the Valnerina (10km) and the Spoleto Town (15km). It is located 15 minutes from Spoleto Town. It is on two levels with two outside door covering a large area of 100msq.

Inside there is a big dining room with a large and cosy natural fireplace, table and chairs for 12, double sofa bed, tv, cd player; a fully equipped and large kitchen( oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, pots etc.), small hallway and 1full bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor are 2 suitably large sized double rooms with king size beds, 1 single room ( with 1 or 2 single beds) and 1 full bathroom (with shower). They are generously furnished with delicate and genuine 1800 and 1900 Century furniture along with art suited to the local area. The home is decorated with rare 'Pianelle' all in superb condition. There is also a small balcony with table and chair, ideal place where to read a book in peace..

Services we have include :independent heating,covered and private area for car, colour TV, hair dryer, firewood for the fireplace, 2 mountain bikes , washing machine, full equipped kitchen, stereo-cd, coffee maker. There is a private garden (180msq) 20 meters far away from the house and dipped in the campaign of olive trees. The garden has a supply of garden chairs, beach chairs, table, barbecue, covered parking and aromatic plants.

All around the area is the spectacle of the great and intact nature with its cultivated fields and olives trees. Your eyes will embrace the surrounding valleys and on the horizon where you can see the overhanging tops on the Valnerina and the evocative Terminillo's Mount.

Thanks to its strategic position it's an ideal point of reference in order to visit most of the historical-artistic important places of the Umbria (less than 1 hour to Assisi, Todi, Perugia Orvieto). However, if walking is not your thing, then you can spend your time relaxing under the sun, and possibly spend time at Piediluco's Lake which is located only 17km from the area. Trekking and mountain bike are sports available in the area also.

The life in the small village is like a return to a past from the remote origins: You feel at one with nature and experience a true breath of fresh tranquillity borne with ancient traditions. This is a place where one can relax the body and mind and have a nice vacation full of health.

- To the footstep 'Passo della Somma' after Terni you have to take the alternative to 'Montefranco-Ferentillo'. After 2kms turn left to Macchialunga.
