Garden City Hotel

We welcome you to our cozy city hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's major shopping areas. We are situated just a 20 minute walk from the Main Bus Station and 5 minutes walk to the LRT (Light Rail Trains) Station with connection to the KL International Airport (KLIA). Taxis and other internal transportation are available on our door step.

The hotel staff are a family of mixed ethic background with multi-linguistic ability. We have a travel agency in our lobby who will be happy to help arrange tours and advise guest on how to get about Kuala Lumpur and the rest of Malaysia. The travel agency will be happy to help you book tickets for outbound flights.

For your comfort and convinence we have an Ironing Station on every floor and cold + hot water disperser on every floor for guest use.

We are rated internationally as a 3-Star Hotel with the normal international Standard. All Rooms have a private bath (en-suite), hot and cold running water, IDD Phones, Air Conditioning and a Color TV. (Please note that ALL our single rooms have no windows.) Kuala Lumpur is a very safe city but we still have 24 Hours CCTV Security System, all Guest Rooms have a state-of-the-art electronic lock and two staff are always present at the lobby for any assitance. Security & comfort for our guest are our number one priority at the hotel.

Please remember, we are a hotel in a tropical country, if you leave the window open, our friendly mosquitos will visit you =)

Directions

The fastest way to get from the airport KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) which is 70KM away from the city is, via KLIA Express (RM35 apprx US$10) to the central station. The ride is only 28 mintues. Then take a taxi (from the coupon counter) to Masjid India (RM10 apprx US$2.50).

We are unable to provide hotel pick up anymore due to new rulings at the airport.

A taxi from the airport to our hotel costs RM92 (approx US$25).

You can also take the Airport coach (RM10 approx US$2.50) to the KL Sentral Station the same place the KLIA Express will take you but it is 1 Hour 15 mintues ride with no traffic and then a taxi from there.
