Villa Sanja (established 1974) is situated on the Adriatic Coast, 29 km east from town Split, the second largest city in Croatia and the capital of Dalmatia region, in the direction Makarska near Omis (8 km)!

This area is especially attractive for summer holiday because of its beautiful natural beaches, crystal clear waters, forests and the pleasant Mediterranean climate!
Lokva Rogoznica offers plenty of shade in bays surrounded by pine trees!

We offer you double rooms, with use of a big shared kitchen with many fridges, several gas stoves(+1 gas oven), cutlery, glasses, knives,
elec.water cooker, elec.mini oven, elec.grill toaster....TELEVISION and everything you need.
In front of the kitchen there are tables and chairs in Bamboo-reed shaded area (see picture),
where you can eat or just socialize...
.... you can also find tables and chairs in front of the north side of the house(near outdoor barbeque)!

Guests also have access to an outdoor barbeque and their own parking lots!
On the ground floor there is a big shared kitchen and an outdoor shower. Rooms are located on the first and second floor!
Our house is ideal for families with children because it is surrounded by a huge fenced pine tree garden!
The children can easily play in the garden!
You can relax on your own balcony with a table and 2 chairs (there are also 3 rooms without balcony)!
All rooms have Ceiling Fan (also called Ceiling Ventilator).

BEACH:
About 70 - 200m from the house you can find pebble and gravel beaches, two small cafes (one is on the beach), a mini grocery, post-office and 3 restaurants!
(that Caffe on the beach is also a fast food - works only in main summer season)
When going to the beach, you don\'t have to cross the street because there is a little tunnel under the road that will lead you directly to beach!
(FIRST BEACH IS ONLY 2min(about 70 m) AWAY)!
There are several beaches nearby and they are all connected!

ONE-DAY TRIPS and NEARBY SIGHTS:
We organize daily fish picnic boat excursions to the island of Brac and the Canyon of Cetina River near Omis(from about 17.07 till 15.09)!
Fish picnics on the island of Brac: you will visit towns of Supetar, Pucisca or Postira or popular place Bol ! Lunch is included in the price (the menu: grilled fish, vine, salad, bread and juice!)
Night life: 2 small beach cafés(open in July+August) ,1 restoraunt/caffe(near camp)located above the beach-only 200 m away(opened whole year), bars in Omis and disco clubs and bars on Makarska Riviera.
Other distances: Omis 8 km, Brela 7 km, Baska Voda 10 km, Makarska 24 km, Trogir 50 km, Dubrovnik 180 km.
You can also take a one-day excursion to the charming old pirate town of Omis, nearby Makarska or the nature park Biokovo or go rafting on the river Cetina...
You will be fascinated by the 1700-year history of the city of Split and its Diocletian Palace that is under the protection of UNESCO just like the town of Trogir, the ancient city of Salona...

If You will travel through some European Union(EU) countries you need to apply for their Shengen transit Visa. Please note: Hungarian embassy in Ukraine(I know that for sure), does not accept \'reservation confirmation letter garantee\' from hostels/hotels/guesthouses where you have paid only 10% deposit through/to booking online sites.
They want to be sure that you want to visit Croatia as a tourist and pass their country(Hungary) transitly and only 10% deposit payment to booking sites(not to hostel/guesthouse) is not enought garantee to them to alow You Shengen trasit Visa. For valid Shengen transit Visa aplication You need to provide \'reservation confirmation letter\' from hostels/hotels/guesthouses to whom you have paid full reservation price.
