Comte De Nice

The Hotel Comté de Nice is a charming and friendly family-run hotel in a quiet provincial area of the city.

It is located just a short walk from a traditional market and the main shopping street which leads directly to the old town, the Promenade des Anglais and the beach.
We have 55 rooms and 10 apartments on offer, each with bathroom, television, completly non-smoking and direct dial telephone.

Other services we provide: 24 hours reception,left luggage before check-in and after check-out, buffet breakfast and private parking (ask for price).
Pets accepted.

Directions

Only 7 minutes by tram from the hotel to the beach!

From the airport by bus:
Take bus N° 23 (only from Terminal 1), 1.00 Euro/ person, buy tickets with the driver. Get off at stop "Joseph Garnier" or "Liberation" walk along the street until the restaurant "Gambetta" at place "Général Charles de Gaulle". Take the main-street "Avenue Malausséna". When you see the bakery "Zambetti" turn right into "Rue Clement Roassal". After a few meters you can see the hotel on your right in "Rue de Dijon"!
If you arrive after 9 p.m. take bus N° 98 (4.00 Euro from Terminal 1+2) and get off at the stop "Cathédrale Vieille Ville". From there, take the tram direction "Las Planas" and get off at the station "Libération". Turn left into "Rue Clement Roassal" next to the bakery "Zambetti". After a few meters you can see the hotel on your right in "Rue de Dijon"!
From the airport by car:
Follow the directions towards the town centre and the "Promenade des Anglais". After about 4-5km turn left into "Boulevard Gambetta". Continue straight ahead and after the railway bridge turn left into the 4th street 'Rue Vernier". Follow the street and turn left into the 5th street "Rue de Dijon" (bike shop 'Suzuki'). The hotel will appear in front of you on the end of the street. (GPS: 43.708493 Lat 7.262306 Long)

From the train-station:
-by tramway: Turn to the left and go down "Avenue Thiers" until you get to the tramway stop on the main street. Take the tram, direction "Las Planas" and get of at stop "Libération. Turn left into "Rue Clement Roassal" next to the bakery "Zambetti". After a few meters you can see the hotel on your right in "Rue de Dijon"!
-on foot: Turn left and walk down "Avenue Thiers" until you get to the main street "Avenue Malausséna"(after the railway bridge). Turn left and walk along the tramway-rails until you see the bakery "Zambetti" on your left. Turn left again and after some meters you will see the hotel on your right.

From the highway by car:
Take the motorway exit N°54 (Nice Nord) and follow the directions towards the city centre ("Boulevard Gorbella", "Boulevard A. Raynaud"). At the very end of "Boulevard A. Raynaud" turn left into "Boulevard J. Garnier" and immediately right into "Rue Alfred Binet". At the 2nd traffic light turn left into "Rue Vernier" and left again into "Rue de Dijon" (bike shop' Suzuki'). You will see the hotel at the end of the street
