Berolina Backpacker

Berolina Backpacker is located in the historic Charlottenburg area of the city. The area was, and still is, a prefered place to live and hang out for artists, writers and the like, thanks to the colourful mixture of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops on offer.

We are easily reached from main station HAUPTBAHNHOF and close to many of Berlin's most visited attractions.


WE ARE SITUATED DIRECTLY IN THE CITY CENTRE - VERY CLOSE TO MANY CINEMAS TO SEE THE GREAT MOVIES OF THE BERLINALE FILM FESTIVAL!!!


Our pension is just a few minutes away by train from the exhibition grounds ICC.
There is an underground stop - Wilmerdorfer Strasse - just few metres from the hostel and Charlottenburg Station is located right in front of us.

The house was built in 1897 and has typical rooms from that era; large in size with high ceilings. We have rooms ranging in capacity from one to five with lockable storage.

SOME of the rooms have a TV.
We charge for the remote controll EUR 10,00 deposit.

**PLEASE NOTE Check in is as usual from 2 p.m. but note that the reception close at 1 a.m. Therefore we kindly ask all guests to arrive before the reception close**

Directions

Hauptbahnhof: any train direction west (Wannsee, Spandau or Potsdam), five stops, S Charlottenburg, walk out straight in direction, turn right and go to the other side of the street.
Airport Schoenefeld: regional train / express service (app. 30 min.)
Airport Tegel: bus 109 (app. 15 min.), Lewishamstraße / Kaiser-Friedrich-Straße, move in direction, turn right into Stuttgarter Platz


Underground U7, stop ' Wilmerdorfer Strasse' is close by, exit Stuttgarter Platz / Krumme Straße, turn right into Stuttgarter Platz (train station Charlottenburg must be on the other side of the road), about 150 m behind the crossroads on the right side

There are trains and busses running in all directions, all day and all night - ask our staff for directions at any time!

Not far (3 min. walking) from Berlin's Champs-Elysées, the Kurfürstendamm.
