It is within easy reach of a wide variety of tourist attractions such as the beautiful Belgian coast and medieval towns like Bruges and Ghent, both rich in Flemish history.
Also close by are Ypres and 'Flanders Fields', the battlegrounds of the First World War.

After 3.5 km. turn right at Gravenhof ( signs for Wijnendale and Woodside ).
Follow the Wijnendalestationstraat, then the Consciencestraat till the crossroads.
Turn right and the first street right again.
Follow the sign for Woodside.

From Paris A1 to Lille-Bruxelles.
After 210 km.exit 20a direction Roubaix-Gand.
Follow the E42 to Liége-Bruxelles-Tournai.
Take the E403/A17 direction Bruges-Mouscron-Roubaix. Exit 10 for Torhout.
