Haising is a small budget hotel located in the Bugis/Little India Districts. We provide no-frills accommodation with basic facilities for the budget-conscious traveller.

Though we have less space than a typical hotel and our rooms are VERY SMALL and SIMPLE, all rooms come with attached toilet, hot/cold shower, aircon, tv, phone (free local calls) & complimentary coffee. Please note that there is NO LIFT.

Facilities include international calls facility, fax service, photocopying service, wifi access (selected rooms only), lockers, self-service laundry (wash & dry/detergent included), ironing facility and hairdryers. And for those making short trips to neighbouring countries, we provide free storage of your excess baggage if you are coming back to stay with us!

Haising is only a 20-min taxi ride from the airport. Alternatively, the Airport Shuttle Service, an executive coach service that takes only 9 passengers, is a good option for the lone traveller. Of course the most economical option is the MRT train that takes you from the Changi Airport Station to the Bugis Station in 25 min.

Little India, the Bugis Area, Arab Street, Orchard Road, Raffles Hotel, the Civic District and the Museums are all within walking distance. Chinatown, Orchard Road, Clarke & Boat Quays, Botanic Gardens, Holland Village and Sentosa are easily accessible from the bus-stop opposite Haising Hotel. Alternatively, you can take the MRT train from the Bugis Station (green line) or the Little India Station (purple line).

You can savour the authentic flavours of our local customs such as mingling with the locals at the pasar malam at the nearby Bugis Area or tasting authentic Chinese cuisine in Chinatown or bargaining for gold and spices at Little India or purchase fine cloths at Arab Street.

For those who wish to experience the dynamism of the shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment areas, the Bugis Area is down the road while Orchard Road, the Marina shopping belt, Clarke Quay, Boat Quay and Mohammed Sultan Road are only a few minutes away by public transport.

If you are venturing into Malaysia or Thailand, the QUEEN STREET BUS STATION is opposite Haising, a brief 2-min walk away. Alternatively, the Lavender Street Bus Station is a 20-min walk from Haising while the Golden Mile Complex is a 25-min walk away. For those heading for Indonesia, you can take the MRT train to the Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal or to the cruise centre at HarbourFront.

Directions


A) By MRT (Subway/Tube/Metro) from Changi International Airport takes 60 - 70 minutes + 1 minutes walk costing SGD2.90 (including $1 refundable card deposit) - the Cheapest Way.

- Make your way to the Changi Airport MRT station at the airport
- Take a MRT train ride to Marsiling MRT station (NS8)
- walk for about 1 minutes to Hostel One66 at Block 166 Woodlands Street 13 #01-545 (see (B) for directions).

MRT - Mass Rapid Transit is Singapore's equivalent of the Subway/Tube/Metro. **Note that the first MRT train leaves Changi Airport Station at 5.30 am and the last train departs at 11.15 pm.

(B) From Marsiling MRT Station (NS8) by foot (1 minute walk about 100m away):
- Ride the MRT to Marsiling MRT station (NS8).
- Walk straight ahead to exit the station (exit A) after exiting the ticketing gates.
- Straight ahead you will see a playground. Continue to walk passed the playground, you will come to a street with a zebra crossing.
- Turn right at the zebra crossing and walk along the street until you see block 166 (the block straight ahead).
- You will see Hostel One66 (Orange door and purple gate)

(C) By Taxi from Changi International Airport takes 25 mins costing about SGD$26 to $35 the most Expensive and Fastest way
- Recommended if you have a group of 3 or 4 persons.
- Ask the taxi driver to drop you off at the carpark behind the building, Block 166, where the entrance to the hostel is situated.
- All taxi in Singapore ran by the meter. Tipping is not required

(D) By Taxi from Woodlands Customs(Singapore-Malaysia Causeway)/Woodlands Railway Station takes 5 minutes costing SGD$5.00
-After clearing customs, follow the directions to the Taxi Stand at Woodlands Road
- Ask the taxi driver to drop you off at the carpark behind the building, Block 166, where the entrance to the hostel is situated.
- All taxi in Singapore ran by the meter. Tipping is not required
