As LP said Ipanema Wave Hostel since our fist time there ( we are in the 4th time listed since 2007)was made for young crowd, parties, very relaxed people in a small cost.

For sure is one of the cheapest options in ipanema with lay back welcome to Rio. this is Wave's style.

We are not saying the older people in a budget travel are not welcome but defenetelly is not our typical guests or guests who wants to see every litlle thing working perfect and do not care about our friendly and posite vibration of our staff always ready to help you any circustance recognised all over the world.

Directions

terminal and ask the driver to drop you at Rua Farme de Amoedo the bottom of beach avenue and walk ahead 3 bloks and turn to right at Rua Barão da Torre 175, house 05 (Close to New Natural Restaurant) or take a taxi (R$50-70) from outside the terminal.


From the bus station:Wave Hostel
Take the same REAL bus from outside the terminal and ask the driver to drop you at Rua Farme de Amoedo. Walk two blocks ahead and take the second left at Barao da Torre st 175 house 5

from airport Take the bus of the company REAL from outside the terminal and ask the driver to drop you at Miguel Lemos st. , take your first left walk three block and take the second right and look for a blue house in the midle of the street.
