Old Town Apartments

Our Hotel apartments are located in the heart of Berlin, in the former east, just a stroll from tons of restaurants, cafes, bars and many of the sights - including Museum Island and the Hackescher Hoefe.

There are many advantages to staying in one of our apartments in comparison to a hotel, for example, you can cook your own food in your own kitchen to save money, and most important, you get the feeling of living in the city, and not just as a tourist would see it. Please note there is no elevator in the building.

Our friendly staff will offer useful advice and support for all your requirements, prior to and during your stay in Berlin.

Our apartments are listed on this site as follows:

Studio apartment for up to 2 people - apartment with 2 twin beds, kitchenette and bathroom. No elevator.

Studio apartment for up to 4 people - one room apartment with 2 twin beds, a double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. No elevator.

3-Room apartment for up to 6 people - apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room. It has 4 single beds and a double sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, balcony and a private bathroom. No elevator.

Our accommodation is well furnished and is fully equipped with all modern facilities, flat screen TVs and free wireless internet.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 days prior arrival. If cancelled later than this or not cancelled we will charge the first night of the total amount.



Conditions and important information:

PLEASE REMEMBER TO CALL US 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT THE APARTMENT.
- Rates are excluding breakfast (our company does not offer breakfast service) and including taxes.
- For credit card payments there is an extra charge of 4[%]. For Maestro and cash payments there is no extra charge.
- There is a car park close to the apartment building (approx. 10€/day)
- Check-out time: 11:00, check-in time: 13:00 (other check-in times upon arrangments)
- Check-ins after 21:00 - 20 EU extra charge
- Baby cots, high chairs, dvd-players, fans, prepaid cellphones, irons, iron boards - upon request, no extra charge,
- Extra bed (only for the 2 bedroom apartments) : 15EU/night
- Laundry service in the office - upon request, no extra charge.
- Minimum 3 nights stay on Fridays and Saturdays.

Please note our office is located in another building. Please remember to call us around 30 minutes prior to your arrival and meet us directly at the apartment!

From Schönefeld Airport:
Take the 'S9' train to 'Alexanderplatz', then go downstairs to the underground line 'U2'. Take it in the direction toward 'Pankow', one stop to 'Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz'. Take the exit in the same direction as the train was traveling, cross the main street 'Torstr' and go up Schönhauser Allee, it's less than 100m, on the right, next to the 'Last Cathedral' bar.

From Tegel Airport:
Take the TXL bus and exit at Hauptbahnhof (the central train station). Remain at the same bus stop and take the 240 bus to Rosa Luxemburg Platz.
