Apartments In Barcelona Las Ramblas-guardia

These beautiful 15 apartments have the best location of the city, next to Las Ramblas and steps away from Gaudí museum. The sea front and the main touristic sites are also just a few minutes away.

The apartments are in a tourist complex and include a shared patio ideal for relaxing and reading. There is also a big terrace with a BBQ area and hammocks.

The beautiful apartments for four or six people have one or two Bedrooms with two beds each and a big lounge with a double sofa bed in it. They also have a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and microwave, toilet with a shower, hot and could air conditioner, satellite TV and wi-fi internet connection.

We also offer small studios (15m2) for one or two people with all the facilities of a big apartment such as kitchen, hot and cold air conditioner toilet with a shower, satelite TV, internet acces...and a double bed.

There is a charge of 27Euro for arrivals after 24:00

Cancellations can only be made at least 5 days in advance and by email.

Directions

Guests must call at least 30 minutes prior arrival to arrange key pick up in front of the apartments. If not once you are in front of the building, please call one of the numbers provided and the person in charge will be with you in 5 minutes

Late cancellations and non-shows will be charged one night's price.

* Check in time is from 15:00 to 24:00 (To check in between 24:00 and 8:00, please contact the property directly and there is a charge of 27€). If you arrive earlier you can leave the luggage there with no problem.

* There is a deposit charge on arrival of 100Euro payable in any currency and always in cash per apartment.

* Reservations made 24h prior arrival or the same day of arrival have to be confirmed directly with the property.


DIRECTIONS TO THE APARTMENTS:

Calle Guardia is parallel to Las Ramblas and the apartments are steps away from Gaudi Museum.

The closest metro station is, Liceu, which is on Las Ramblas. (8 minutes from Apartments)

From Liceu station, you will have to walk down towards the sea until you find ¨Carre Nou De La Rambla¨ Street on the right.

Walking down Carrer No de La Rambla Carrer Guardia will be the second street on the left.

Guests arriving to Prat airport are recommended to get a taxi in the case they are 4 or more people as getting 4 bus tickets to the city centre would almost cost 25€ which is what taxi cost.

Guests who are less than 4 people are recommended to get the ¨aerobus¨, which is the cheapest way to get to the city centre; Plaza Catalunya for about 4€ per ticket.

Once in town…

From Plaza Catalunya, you can walk down Las Ramblas untill you get to ¨Carrer Nou de La Rambla¨ or get the metro to Liceu station and follow the directions provided before.
