Chicago hostel was founded in the year 2003 in a modern building with modern structures and solid bases. This place was created to be a hosting business since the beginning. Our rooms and bathrooms are not improvised so they have enough ventilation and natural light and also the water pressure system and water temperature system were created to assist large numbers of people. We never improvised; everything we have done has been well planned.
Chicago Hostel works hard to provide delicious breakfast, directions, transportation, advices, a good sleep and everything else that a traveler needs in Ecuador to start; this is a great place to get started on your journey. Do not expect five star service, do expect people who will try hard to help you find your way around and get you there safely.
This is a great hostel to stay, great atmosphere, travel agency and lots of info available within hostel, Spanish and English speaking staff, laundry service reasonably priced and amazing breakfast which you can enjoy it on the covered top terrace with a wonderful view.
Owned and managed by education, hospitality and adventure tourism pros and a great time with this crew are guaranteed.
Chicago Hostel is home for visitors coming from all around the world. Enjoy a friendly, fun and intimate vibe for tourists; our facilities include comfortable and big private bedrooms, private bathrooms with hot water and high pressure 24 hours a day, daily housekeeping, general security lockers, covered top terrace, a free use of kitchen and a bar with DirecTV, music, WIFI and cold beers.

Airport Directions
We recommend to take a taxi. If you want to get a bus we recommend you to take the METROBUS at La Prensa avenue heading to the historical center and you must get off at the Consejo Provincial bus stop, then walk to 10 de Agosto avenue and turn to the right ( to the historic center) until the Briceno street then cross the 10 de Agosto avenue and continue walking for the Briceno street until get Los Rios street. From that corner, you are able to look our business sign.
Bus Station Directions
*Terminal Terrestre Quitumbe (South of Quito)
We recommend to take a taxi. If you want to get a bus we recommend you to take a trolebus. The bus station for the trolebus is just next to the terminal terrestre Quitumbe, take a bus heading to the historical center and you must get off at Hermano Miguel bus stop then walk to San Blas square and then get the Caldas street, continue walking one block until Los Rios street and turn to the left by the Los Rios street and walk 30 meters and you will see our hostel

If you want to get a bus we recommend you first to take a taxi heading to the 'Ofelia' bus station for the METROBUS system and after that take a METROBUS heading to the old town and you must get off at the Consejo Provincial bus stop, then walk to 10 de Agosto avenue and turn to the right ( to the historic center) until the Briceno street then cross the 10 de Agosto avenue and continue walking for the Briceno street until get Los Rios street. From that corner, you are able to look our business sign.
