Soho Apartments

The Soho apartments offer 17 self catering studio apartments providing travellers with a comfortable and economical accommodation option in the center of Barcelona's Barrio Gothic area.

There are 3 types of apartments that we offer including 12 apartments for 2 people, 4 apartments for 4 people, and 1 apartment for 3 people. All the flats are SELF CATERING, meaning that you need to bring soaps, papers and eating supplies.

The self catering apartments for 2 people (Twin Private Ensuite) offers 2 single beds, closet, bathroom with shower and kitchen area with microwave, refrigerator and sink. There is also table and chairs for 2 and for entertainment there is satellite TV's in each room. All rooms are equipped with heating and safe boxes. Some rooms have ceiling fans and optional air conditioning, if you are interested in an air conditioned room contact us after your make your booking to see availability.

NOTE: Not all the apartements for 2 people have exterior windows. All the apartments for 3 and 4 people do have exterior windows.

The studio for 3 people (3 bed Private Ensuite) is identical to those of 2 people except there is NO kitchen sink.

The self catering apartments for 4 people (4 bed Private Ensuite) have all the same furnishings as those for 2 people except there are super high ceilings and we have added a small second floor with 2 more single beds. The second floor is accessed by a small spiral staircase. These cozy apartments for 4 are great for a family or a group of friends that want to stay together and save a few euros.

We are located in the centre of the Barrio Gothic quarters (old city) the main tourist area in Barcelona. Las Ramblas, Placa Reial, Picasso museum, El Borne, and the Port are all with in 15 min. walk from our front door. This area is also full of restaurants, shops and cafes.

So if you are looking for a great economical accommodation with superb location then one or more of our soho self catering apartments will be an excellent choice.

Important! (the apartments are not equipped with stoves, or any eating or cooking utensils. We do offer a kitchen set including; electric hot plate, cooking and eating utensils. The kitchen set can be rented for a one time fee of 25 euros.)

Apartment Conditions:

MINIMUM STAY: (3 nights)

CHILD POLICY: (Children are allowed to stay in the apartments.)

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The management office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)

FREE CHECK IN: (12:00 pm to 21 pm)

LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:
25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros (1:01 am to 11:59 pm)

CHECK OUT: (11 am)

NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)

CASH ON ARRIVAL: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)

48 HRS. CANCELLATION POLICY: (Please note that cancellations must be done by email a minimum of 48hrs prior to arrival date. otherwise you will be charged the first night accommodation.)

SECURITY DEPOSIT: (Understand that if your group is 6 people or more you MAY BE REQUIRED to leave a 100% refundable security deposit.)

Directions

The hotel is well connected by metro and bus to the old and historic city centre. Next to the hotel you'll find a bus that takes you directly to Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Also, 10 minutes away, you'll find the metro (green and yellow lines), that will also take you to the city centre.

If you are coming from the Airport you can reach the main train station by train directly from the airport. The tickets cost 2.25 euros. Once you reach Sants Estaciò, to reach our hotel you can take the Green line of the metro and stop in "Lesseps". Ticket one way "billete sencillo"costs €1.10.

If you prefer to reach us by bus we advise to take the #32, #24, #55, #74.
