Staying in this old manor is the ideal place for those who are seeking quiet and for those who like to walk around the fields and along the Deses's banks, where there are old watermills to testify to the old rural economy of this area. It is also surrounded by a beautiful garden where kids can play and run under your discrete control, or you can relax under a magnolia tree or sit in the sun thanks to the hot summer rays.

At the guests' complete disposal there are also a kitchen and dinning room, very useful in case of New Year's Eve parties or special events. In the area there are several typical restaurants which offer specialties of the Venetian food such as white corn bread, lagun fish, red chicory and asparagus.

It is very interesting to visit the nearby Venetians villas, which are in Trebaseleghe (villa Scarpi) as well as in the surrounding such areas as villa 'Cornaro' (Arch. Palladio), villa 'Marcello'(dated 1700) and villa 'Emo'. These villas are also easily reachable by bicycle tracks, which allow you to stroll around the Venetian territory, enjoying both nature and art. One of these tracks takes you also to the 'Oasy di Cervara', a natural Park where you can enjoy Sile's spring and all the nature around it.
