This wonderful apartment is located in Catvat which is just 14 kilometres from Dubrovnik, in a beautiful sea front location.
The house is situated in an area, which covers ca. 800 m2, with a wonderful view of the sea, and the city of Dubrovnik.
The multilingual-speaking runned house is situated in a very quiet site and can be rented the whole year.
The apartment is airconditioned, with a kitchen with dining-room, living room with divan vor 2 persons, separate sleeping rooms with one double bed, SAT-TV, shower/WC, and a balcony.
The distance to a very beautiful beach which is ideal for children is 500 metres.
The apartment has its own separate entrance and parking is also available. .
Starting point to the Ronlad Brown pathehway is near of a apartment. 120 minutes walk you will find the cross at Stra�i��e peak commemorating the death of the American trade delegation led by Minister of trade Ronald Brown killed in the air cruch on their relief mission to Croatia ( on April 3 1996). Up there is a restoran were they prepared local dishes in traditional way.
Close to the apartment you will find several restaurants, Caf� bars and Discos, Fitness center, several Swimming pools for children and adult, mini gulf, tennis places, a center for various kinds of water sports.
The historical centre of Dubrovnik can be reached extremely easily with the city buses that operate day and night.
From Dubrovnik: Apartments Tomic are located about 14 km south of Dubrovnik (about 20 minutes' drive) on the scenic coast road leading to the airport. After passing the sign Obod you need to turn left after 40 meters. You will see the street on your left side. On the bottom of that street is a telephone booth. When you arrive on the top of the street turn right and you will came in front of the Apartments Tomic.
From Dubrovnik Airport: Apartments Tomic are about 4 km from the airport. When leaving the airport turn right on to the main road from the airport toward Dubrovnik. After 5 minutes driving you will cross the small bridge, then 50 meters more you need to turn right. You will see the street in front of you, on your right side you will see a telephone booth. You need to drive to the top of the street, than turn right and you will come in front of the Apartments Tomic.
