Chimaysaberlin B&b

Two newly renovated furnished rooms are available on B&B basis at a privately owned apartment. As of Sept.1, 2007, all the rooms have been renovated with terra-cotta colored carpets. Photos will be published soon.

One room has a single bed which can accommodate 1 person, the other room has a double bed which can accommodate 2 persons. The bathroom is shared with the owner.

A coffee and tea machine is available in the kitchen for guests and Continental breakfast (bread, jam, butter, coffee or tea) is included. For other meals, numerous restaurants and places to eat can be found along the street where the apartment is located.

The apartment's location is in the center of town, close to Schloss Charlottenburg, 10 mins. by Bus 109 to Tegel Airport , or M45 to Zoologischer Garten, and 10 mins. to ICC, International Congress Centrum or Olympia Stadium with the underground station. Kurfuerstendamm, Museum Berggruen, Checkpoint Charlie, and all the sights are easily reached by underground trains and buses. M45 travels throughout the day and night.

All are welcome to our low price accommodation and we look forward to your stay with us.

If you are booking last-minute, a day or a few hours before arrival, please call up the house or mobile number to let us know, specially during weekends. I will be very happy to accommodate you, if you would let me know in advance.

Please note, this is a Non-Smoking flat. Bed linens are included but towels are not, please bring your own. There is a lift or elevator in the building.

Check-out is always at 08:30 am, the latest. Check-in is always at 15.30h.

Please print your voucher with the contact details and map to help you locate the flat, and to avoid delays, it would only be of help.

Once a reservation is made, further details will be e-mailed to you with the necessary information to reach the flat, which doorbell to ring, etc.

For early morning departures from Tegel Airport, my B&B is an ideal place to stay. It takes only 10 mins with Bus 109 to the airport.

Directions

Check-out is always at 08:30 am the latest.
Check-in is always at 15.30hs.

From Tegel Airport, take Bus 109, get off at Luisenplatz, go across the road, look for the kitchen furniture store, walk past the cafe, supermarket, Lohmeyerstrasse.

From Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten:
Take Bus M45 (direction Rathaus Spandau) and get off at Luisenplatz (7-8 stops), cross roads to the kitchen furniture store, cafe, pharmacy, market, that is corner Lohmeyerstrasse.

From the underground station, Richard Wagner Platz:
Exit Schloss Charlottenburg, Otto-Suhr-Allee, the correct exit has a flower shop on your left after the escalator, walk straight, along Otto-Suhr-Allee, pass the mattress store, walk straight until you see Lohmeyerstrasse on your left. There is a supermarket at the corner and I'm sure you won't miss it. Ring my doorbell, take the lift to the 3rd Floor, left.
