check in is at 12.30 pm if should you arrive earlier your requested room may not yet be available,as it may still be accupied by the last nights guest.
check out is at 12.00 pm the following day.
When you check out you can leave your bags free and can take a free shower.

On top of that, there are heaters in every room, mini bar in some rooms, a travel library and (weather permitting), we have sundecks at your disposal.

We do not have anyone working for us in the stations.
Don't talk to anyone at the bus /train stations, ignore them, even if they have our cards. There is only one Happyland and we don't employ touts.

We are just 11 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes from the bus station as we are in the heart of Luxor.
For your convenience we have large signs on the corners of most streets which will direct you to our door, we pride ourselves on having the most signs so that you won't feel lost.
We can also arrange airport pick-ups.(with so good price)
