Southwest Adventure Tours, LLC is offering a 9 day / 8 night Highway Tour of the Baja California Peninsula. Join us for the vacation of a lifetime as we travel more than 1100 peninsular miles during 6 riding days. We average 185 miles per day on late model BMW motorcycles. Tours include a bilingual guide, chase crew, truck and motorcycle trailer. All luggage is transported for you for the duration of the trip and will be waiting for you upon your arrival to the hotel. No off-road experience is required for this tour. This tour is designed for intermediate riding skills.

Typical Day

This is a full day of riding. It is a mixed bag of curves and straightaway sections as we leave Ensenada and pass through many small towns and villages on our journey south. You already understand why we chose BMW motorcycles! There are many beautiful views of the Pacific and the air is crisp and clear. We soon enter the domain of the world's largest cactus, the Cardon, and see the strange spiny rat tails of the Cirios and later, the Catavina Boulder Field. This part of the peninsula, the Central Baja California Desert, is one of the most isolated areas and a very unique experience.

Age range, type of group

Our highway tours are great for individuals, couples and groups looking for something different in a tour experience. Group sizes are small and limited to 8-10 motorcycles.
We are only offering Custom tours at the moment so get your family and/or friends together to enjoy a trip of a lifetime!

Sleeping and meals

All hotel lodging is included in the tour price. A minimum of 7 breakfasts and 7 dinners are included in an open-menu format. Extra days in San Diego or San Jose del Cabo can be arranged to enjoy the sun, beach and water activities.

Policies & Restrictions

Riders must be at least 21 years old.
