Welcome to our luxury apartments situated in a modern development on the Southside of Edinburgh, just over 1 mile south of city centre. The apartments sleeps a maximum of 2 people. Choose a double or a twin bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen/dining-room. Extra beds may be available at an additional charge. Private parking. Bus route to city centre. Local shops and restaurants. Welcome pack of groceries. All linen and towels provided.

There is private off-street parking and an excellent local bus service to city centre. There is a variety of local grocery shops, restaurants etc. close by too and we are very conveniently located for Edinburgh University, Royal Observatory, Newington, Morningside, Grange, Marchmont, Commenwealth Swimming Pool, Arthur\'s Seat, as well as most of Edinburgh\'s main tourist attractions..

All linen, towels, bathrobes, heat and light are included in the price. An extensive 'Welcome Pack' of groceries, fresh flowers, cleaning products, etc. is included for your arrival.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including washer/dryer, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc. The lounge has hi-fi, video, DVD player, TV etc. Bedrooms have clock-radios and hairdryers.

There is a large street map of Edinburgh in the entrance hall and numerous brochures and tourist information sheets supplied.

The owner lives nearby and provides a personal welcome.

Please note that the minimum number of nights at A Flat Apart is 2 (4 in August).

Lothian Bus route 24 from city centre and Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station. Bus stop on Market Street or Princes Street (West End). We are just 1.5 miles south of the city centre.
