These six stylish studios for one or two people are in a beautiful apartment building located in the best part of the Gothic Quarter or centre of Barcelona,¨El Born¨, a place with special atmosphere, full of narrow, winding streets.

It's renowned for its great variety of charming restaurants, offering quality 'tapas', Mediterranean cuisine, and the best seafood in town. There are also plenty of bars with their own 'terrazas' that give El Born its modern, artistic and cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Just a few streets away, you will find art galleries, artist's studios, designer shops, museums such as the Picasso, Textile Museums and much more....

Six studios with private lift make this a modern building; the place to stay in while in Barcelona!

Located steps away from Barcelona Cathedral and little more from Las Ramblas and the sea.

Bookings made the same day or 24h prior arrival must be confirmed by telephone directly with the property.

Cancellations can only be made at least 5 days in advance and by email.

Guests must call at least 30 minutes prior arrival to arrange key pick up in front of the apartments on the numbers provided on the booking confirmation. If not, once you are in front of the building, please call anyway and the person in charge will be with you in 5 to 10 minutes.

Check in Time is from 15:00 to 24:00. If you arrive before you can leave your luggage there with no problem.

(To check in between 24:00 and 8:00 am please contact the property directly and there is a charge of 27€).


There is a deposit charge of 50€ payable in any currency and always in cash per apartments on arrival.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can only be made by email and 5 days in advance.
Late cancellation and non-shows will be charged one night's price.


Directions to the apartments

Our street Corders is a narrow street next to Via Laietana which is one of the main avenues in the city that connects Plaza Catalunya with the port.

The closest underground station to the apartments is JAUME I Line 4 (Yellow line) which is across the road from our street.

Guests arriving at PRAT airport (Barcelona international airpot)

Guests arriving to Prat airport are recommended to get a taxi in the case they are 4 or more people as getting 4 bus tickets to the city centre would almost cost 25€ which is what a taxi would cost.

Guests who are less than 4 people are recommended to get the ¨aerobus¨, which is the cheapest way to get to the city centre; Plaza Catalunya for about 4€ per ticket.

From Plaza Catalunya the apartments are 2 metro stops away (see metro map Catalunya - Jauma I ) or 15 minutes walking down Via Laietana (See map)

Guests arriving at GIRONA airport

This airport is 90km away from Barcelona and there are buses for every flight that lands.

This buses go to Estació del Nord, see map:
