"HOME AWAY FROM HOME IN DOWNTOWN TORONTO" This Victorian house is located in "LITTLE ENGLAND", an area known as 'Cabbagetown� a vibrant community with shops restaurants and Bars. Join the walking tour of Toronto's Oldest Homes of the rich and famous. The Massey Houses, The Witches House, Banting House and our home 'The Bag Lady House' also visit The Victorian Conservatory in Allen Gardens and/or the Petting Farm in Riverdale Farm.
Good Access to Public Transport.

Our House is a veritable 'FAWLTY TOWERS' A restored Victorian Pile circa 1880, restored to old world charm with modern day comforts. Air Conditioning, Private bathrooms, hard wood floors and outdoor decks garden and fishpond.

Ground Floor Bedrooms

- THE LIBRARY
has floor to ceiling bookshelves, Victorian Desk, Mahogany Mantelpiece and Barock Chandelier. Equipped with a double bed, Private Bathroom wit Jacuzzi Tub.

Second Floor Bedrooms

-THE AGATHA CHRISTIE BEDROOM
Is supplied with volumes and volumes of the
Mystery writer�s books. This room has a Queen size Bed and enjoys its own
Private bathroom. There is a secret connecting door through the closet that connects with the Queen Mothers' Front Parlor.

-THE QUEEN MOTERS FRONT PARLOR
is of course equipped with a Queen Size Four Poster Bed a twin bed made up as a day bed, and comfy wing back chairs in front of a working fireplace.
Whilst this is the largest room in the house, the Private bathroom is located just down the corridor.


-THE BUTLERS BACK BEDROM
'Jeeves' was a large man and required a Queen size bed, he insisted on his own private bathroom and enjoyed the view of the English Garden (Back Yard) complete with pond and gold fish.


Third Floor, popular as a Honeymoon Suit.

-THE BEWDLEY ROOM
has a King Sized Bed, the Suite is decorated from the 70s with an orange shag rug, extraordinary painting collection including the owners. The Private Bathroom has a marble sink and a 6'X 5' Jacuzzi. Step out onto a rooftop deck with a panoramic view of Downtown Toronto

north. at Gerrard turn right (East) and go to Ontario St. turn left (north)
We are right on the North East corner of Gerrard and Ontario and if you wish
you may park Horizontally behind the House.

>From 401 to Don valley Parkway south to the Gardner Exwy to the exit at
Jarvis St. you are now going North, at Gerrard turn right (East) and go to
Ontario St. turn left (north) We are right on the North East corner of
Gerrard and Ontario and if you wish you may park Horizontally behind the
House.

>From Union Station: Take a cab.

>From Pearson International Airport: Take a Limousine $35.00, or catch the
Hotel Bus for Downtown Hotels $13.95, get off at The Chelsea Inn on Gerrard
Street West. catch a cab $4.00 to our address.
- or the Bus to Islington Subway Station Subway to Bloor Change to Yonge
South Get off at College Street, take Carlton Street Car East to Ontario
St. and walk one block South
Note you will need exact change $2.25 per person, always obtain a transfer
slip whenever you get onto the public transit and you will then be able to
transfer between vehicles no extra charge.
