Abermar Guest House

Abermar Guest House lies in a quiet residential area only a short walking distance from the River Ness, Inverness Castle, Inverness Cathedral, Eden Court Theatre, bus & rail terminals and all local services. The guest house is a 7 minute walk from the centre vibrant Inverness. A wide range of restaurants, pubs and hotels serving a variety of cuisine's to suit all tastes and budgets are located within easy walking distance.

Each of our the individually decorated en-suite bedrooms offer it's guests a friendly, family, home from home atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble to ensure the complete enjoyment of the stay. All rooms also boast a colour television, hairdryer and a hospitality tray. Each morning a full Scottish breakfast is cooked to order that will satisfy the hungriest stomach, perfect for guest before setting out to explore the surrounding areas. Please note that we do not have facilities to accommodate very small children.

The guesthouse is an ideal base for touring the Highlands and your hosts will help you to organise day trips to the Isle of Skye and Orkney. The guest house has a extensive private car park to the rear of the building.

Directions

From Inverness airport: The airport is only a twenty-minute drive from the Abermar. Taxis are available at the airport; alternatively guest can take the city bus that runs every 30 minutes from the airport to the city centre.

Trains run to Inverness from the rest of the UK. There is also a station at Nairn, and trains run from Nairn to Inverness every 2 hours and take about 15 minutes. Taxies are available at the station or guests can walk the ten short minutes to the guest house.
