Waterfront, canoes or kayaks can be launched in front of the house. Small boats can use the neighborhood boat ramp, and anchor in front. Covered parking.
3 Bedrooms, plus sofa bed in loft. Sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 max. 2.5 baths, plus outside shower.
The house is well equipped, 2 TVs, stereo, DVD player, and a selection of CDs, books and games. Fireplace, screened porch, loft. Whirlpool tub in the master bath, looking over the water.
No smoking, no pets
$2200 per week in season (July and August) $1800 per week the rest of the year.
