Daily wilderness hikes typically range from 5-15 miles and are geared to the fitness level of each participant. Other fun outside (location-specific) activities are also offered, such as biking, horseback riding, kayaking, scuba and snorkeling, and.... even great shopping!

Yoga, meditation, massages and healthy cuisine are included in all trips.

Accommodations options range from Comfortable to Deluxe and Luxury. They can be nestled in scenic peaceful surroundings, or quiet, but closer to the action.

CUSTOM SPA ADVENTURE groups can choose from a condo, hotel, private home, estate, hacienda, ranch, country inn, villa, jungle lodge, private islands, luxury safari tents or private sanctuary.

Typical Day

Imagine . . . De-stressing your mind and body with morning Yoga and meditation followed by daily scenic wilderness hikes, cultural explorations and late afternoon massages. Other fun outside (location-specific) activities are also offered during the trip.
Cleanse with delicious healthy cuisine - often prepared by a private gourmet chef - and relax in unique upscale accommodations that are always situated in scenic peaceful locations.
Evenings activities include: healthy and wellness talks, cooking classes, cultural activities such as Indian sweatlodges, drumming workshops, etc.

The groups are kept small - generally around 10-12 people.

Typical SpaFari Adventures can include people in their 20's through 60's.
