Hotel Puerta De Las Granadas

Charming Hotel with only 14 rooms was constructed over a building from the XIX century, totally refurbished in 2004. Placed in the heart of the historic and monumental quarter, right between the Alhambra, the Albayzin and the Cathedra. The best of Granada is just a step away from the Hotel's door.

The fourteen rooms of the hotel are arranged as follows:

*Mauror rooms named 'Doubles' are facing the hotel´s courtyard-garden and the walls of the 'Carmen de Mauror' and the rest of 'Cármenes' which terraces down the Alhambra´s hillside.

*Gomerez rooms named 'Twin Private' facing the Cuesta de Gomerez, pedestrian street which leads to the Alhambra. From some of them, the 'Torres Bermejas of the Alhambra' (Alhambra Red Towers) are easily seen. In the second floor one of them has a balcony covered with a glazed wooden structure and on the third floor, the rooms face the 'Alhambra`s Torre de la Vela'.

All the rooms have twin beds, except three Mauror ones which are double bedded.

*All children and adults are charged 29,00 Euros per night and person for extra beds
*All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
*All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
*Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in a room is 1.
*Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
*Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation policies

You must cancel 3 Day(s) before the date of arrival General Cancellation Policy: 1 night stay will be charge.

On special dates,(dates with 2, 3 days of minimum stay or more),If cancelled up to
7 days before date of arrival, no fee
will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of No- Show, the total stay
will be charged.

For modification it will be applied the same policy as for cancellations.

How to reach the property

Driving
Because of increasing traffic restrictions in the city centre, guests driving to the hotel may consider leaving the car in La Caleta Parking, outside the restricted area, and taking a taxi to the hotel. You can pay the parking directly at the hotel with a cost of 13euros/24hours, so that with the difference between what you pay at the hotel and the real price at the car park you can pay a taxi.

If you are coming to Granada on the A-44 (A-329/E902/N-323), take exit 125 heading towards AV. Andalucia-Centro, continue for 2 kilometers and follow the signs to the Caleta parking garage. If GPS is used, it is located in Avenida del Sur Nº1.

If you are coming to Granada on Andalusia's A-92, take off at exit 230 Santafe and go 11 km until you get to Granada. It will take you directly to the Av. Andalucia continue for 2 kilometers and follow the signs to the Caleta parking garage.If GPS is used, it is located in Avenida del Sur Nº1

From the bus station

*Taxi: It takes about 15 min and more or less the price would be between 5,00 and 7,00 Euros.

*Taxi: It takes about 7 min and more or less the price would be between 4,00 and 5,00 Euros.
