Our grounds are attractively landscaped with lush tropical greenery, coconut palms, plumeria trees and flowers. Beautiful mango, banana, avocado and papaya trees bear fruit year-round. Relax and sip a cup of coffee while listening to the birds in this pleasant tropical setting. The sunrise over Haleakala in the morning can be breathtaking, with colors of pink, orange and red against an azure blue sky.

Our Maui condo hideaway is located in the historic town of Wailuku, home of the Bailey House Museum, Iao Needle, Iao Valley State Park, and more. Quaint shops and antique stores are within walking distance on Main Street.

Rates in US Funds. $200 security deposit is due at time of booking (VISA or MC available only to secure reservation). $400 deposit required for stays of 30+ days. Payment in full due 45 days prior to arrival during low season and 60 days prior to arrival during high season (rental payments by check or money order only, please).

Minimum stay is 5 nights (7 nights from Dec. 16-Jan. 15). Cleaning fee of $75 will be added for stays of 6 or less nights. All rates subject to 11.416% Hawaii State Tax and may change unless confirmed.

Refunds will be made, less a $100 cancellation fee, with prior notice of 45 days in the low season, 60 days in the high season.

Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. Check-out by 10:00 A.M. Late check-ins are fine. Sorry, we are not able to accommodate late check-outs. Maximum 2 guests.

Other Information

Ma'alaea Beach, the closest beach to our hideaway, is approximately three miles in length and stretches from Ma'alaea Harbor on the west to Sugar Beach on the east. To the north is Kealia Pond, a bird sanctuary, and the Kealia National Wildlife Refuge. Giant green sea turtles are often known to nest nearby and, in season, humpback whales can often be seen offshore in Ma'alaea Bay. The beach itself is excellent for walking and jogging in the morning and evening when the slopes of nearby Haleakala are lit by the setting sun. Maui's longest stretch of uninterrupted sand beach borders Ma'alaea Bay and Kihei. South Maui has more than 20 miles of ocean beaches stretching from Maalaea in the north to LaPerouse Park at the southern tip of the island. The many pristine beaches are easily accessible and provide a wide range of opportunities for enjoying recreational activities.
