Executive Timbers Resort & Golf Club in nestled in the beautiful Ozarks Mountains. We are located just 8 short miles South of Branson.Close enough to, enjoy the shows and nightlife of the exciting 76 strip, yet far enough away to get the rest and relaxation you are looking for on your vacation. All of our homes are located right on our 9-hole par 5 Private golf course, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful rolling hills of the fairways from your very own private deck. We are less than 1 mile from Table Rock Lake and have access to Gages Marina where you can rent pontoons, ski boats, jet skis, and houseboats. If you would like to bring your ouwn boat there is a boat ramp near the marina (and room to part your boat at the home.) We also have access to boat ramps, areas 3 major lakes, and Top of the Rock golf course as well. Call for more details

Description of Vacation Rental Property

Here at Executive Timbers Resort & Golf Club, we want to make your stay unique. All of our homes are Real Log Homes. Each home is fully furnished with fully equipped kitchens. The kitchens include: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, taster, coffee maker and pots, pans, and dishes that serve at least 8 people.

Our homes have catherdral ceilings, wood burning fireplace, French doors that walk you out onto a spacious deck, overlooking the rolling fairways of the golf course, or the beautiful wooded hills of the beautiful Ozark Mountains. Each deck has patio furniture and a barbeque grill. Also, every home has a washer/dryer, satellite TV/DVD, extra linens, towels and pillows.

Our homes are fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible, giving you the sense of Home away from Home. All the homes are less than 1 year old.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

We have 2 Br 2 Ba and 3 Br 2 Ba homes available for nightly, weekly or extended stays. Each home is unique with it's own personal touch.

Here is a discription of a few of them.
Luxury double king suite: This home has 2 master suites, including a king size bed, beautiful French doors, master bath with corner air-jet tub and separate shower in each. A large living area with center fireplace. The large deck has access from the living area and both master suites by way of French doors. This home is perfect for a couples getaway. Giving each couple the privacy of large room and bath all to their own. There is a hot tub on the deck, as well as, patio furniture and barbeque grill. sleeps 6

Private 2 Br Loft: This home is good for a romantic getaway or a family getaway. This home offers a main level which includes: fully equipped kitchen, living area with a wood burning fireplace, bathroom and a bedroom with full size bed and access to the main level deck which offers patio furniture and a hot tub. On the loft you will find the master suite. Unlike many loft homes, this loft is privately enclosed with a window looking over the living/dining area. Also on the loft you will find master bath with double vanity sinks and a private deck of your own. sleep 6

3 Br Family Home:This home offers a master suite with a king size bed and two bedrooms with full size beds. You will have access to the deck, by way of beautiful French doors, from the living area, master suite and one of the other bedrooms. The deck offers barbeque grill and patio furniture. The living area offers; centerfireplace, cathedral ceilings, satellite TV/VCR/DVD and sleeper sofas. sleeps 9

Amenities

When staying with Executive Timbers Resort & Golf Club you will be immedietly offered an Honorary Membership to our private golf course. This will give you the opportunity to play our course with all the amenities of being a regular member without having to pay the annual membership fees. This will be good for the duration of your stay. You will have access to Top of the Rock course as well. Also, you will have access to the areas 3 major lakes. We are located less than 1 mile from Table Rock Lake and have access to Gages Marina for water sport rentals as well. Being just 8 short miles South of Branson's Hot 76 strip you will be able to enjoy all the shows, lights, and attractions of Branson's finest. Call for more details

Services Offered

We offer an Honorary Membership to our private golf course to those who choose to rent with Executive Timbers Resort & Golf Club. This allows them to play and enjoy all the benifits of the course with out having to pay the annual membership fees for the duration of their stay.

Restrictions

Pet Policy:
Currently not pets are allowed in our log homes. However, keep checking back as our development plans to include an on-site pet resort. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed if any pets are discovered.

No Smoking Policy:
Our property is entirely smoke free Should smoking in you room be discovered, a $100 cleaning fee will be assessed

Other Information

Confirmed Reservations:
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Aconfirmed reservation holds your accommodations through the night of your arrival. Please make any room or location requests at time of booking.

Check-in Time:
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. If you know you will be arriving early, please contact our reservations deska dn we will do our best to accommodate your needs. No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Check-out Time:
Check-out time is 11:00 am. A late charge will be asseessed to any departures after check-out time.

Damages:
Registered guest will be responsible for any damages to accommodations found after departure. Executive Timbers Resort assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests, vehicles, or belongings.

Directions

From the North: Executive Timbers is just 8 short miles South of Branson on Hwy. 65. Turn Right on to State Hwy. 86. Drive 1/2 mile and you will see our office on the left hand side of the road.

From the South: Executive Timbers Resort is approx. 30 miles North of Harrison, AR. Turn left on State Hwy. 86. Drive about a 1/2 mile and you will see out office onthe left hand side of the road.
