Built in the early 1990’s on Bamboo Ridge, Englishman’s Bay, Tobago, Parrot Estate villa offers unspoilt views down to the sea and surrounding rugged beauty. Welcoming couples on honeymoon or families on holiday with a master bedroom joined by a twin room and two bathrooms, guests are treated to a mixture of contemporary facilities and a traditional décor and design.Recently under new ownership, a selection of new appliances have been included in the kitchen and lounge. American style amenities and an extensive collection of DVDs with family favourites are all provided to create an air of luxury during your stay in the Caribbean. Surrounded by fresh fruit trees with limes, mangos and bananas all falling in the garden, why not make yourself a rum cocktail and take in the magnificent views from the garden’s well maintained features? Based next to a protected rainforest with walking trails for keen trekkers, don’t be surprised to find local wildlife and tropical birds searching for food in garden.In between Castara and Parlatuvier – each with their own idyllic beach - a selection of restaurants and bars can be found in the quaint fishing villages. As you would expect a number of sea based activities can be experienced with scuba diving open to all levels and snorkelling equipment available for guests use in the villa

Vacation Rental Property

Our villa is on 1 acre of land, Caribbean style, 4,000 sq ft under roofs, connected to a 16 x 16 ft gazebo. The overhanging roofs and all around terra cotta terrace to the attached gazebo give you protection from the hot sun and rain. Quarter circle pool with teck decking, out door shower and landscaped boarders.The well maintained garden is surrounded with flowers and mature fruit trees. Bananas, limes all year round, mangos, avocados from July to September. Grape fruits and Starfruits end of the year. Seasonal vegetables also grown in the garden. The 28 x 28 ft living room has among other amenites, a kitchenette and a 6 ft bar, with sea view. Outdoors, 3 oversized hammocks, lounges, and rattan furniture in the gazebo.There is a barbecue set on a stone pad close to the gazebo.

The villa sleeps 4 comfortably. 2 bedrooms, one with a king post bed and the second with 2 queens to join or separate. 2 ensuite bathrooms.
