All rooms come with private bathrooms. There is a large secure car park on site. Prices include continental or English breakfast. Evening meals are optional. We have singles, doubles, triples, family rooms.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we are completely non-smoking.
The guest house is approved by Government Fire Safety Regulation and holds a valid Fire Certificate.
Da Vinci Manor Guest House is attractive, private and provides an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity. Yet, surprisingly, it is just 10 minute drive from the Gatwick International Airport and 8 minutes away from the main city centre where you will find a wide range of shopping, entertainment and leisure facilities.

POLICY : . In the event of a no show or a cancellation 50 percent of the total room rate for the total days booked will be charged. To avoid 100 percent charge you must provide not less than 3 days notice prior to the date of arrival.

The nearest train station is Crawley train station approximately 7 minutes from our property.
If you are driving, here are very clear directions:
Follow the M25 and then M23 towards Gatwick. When you are on M23 DO NOT take Junction (9) which is for Gatwick. Take Junction (10) towards Crawley. Follow the sign to Crawley. Look our for RAMADA International hotel on your left hand side. RAMADA HOTEL is by the big roundabout. On that roundabout take the third exit left which is sign posted HORSHAM AND LANGLEY GREEN. Go towards Horsham and you will come to some traffic lights, go STARIGHT through the traffic lights, pass SAINSBURYS which is on your left and you will come to another small roundabout. Take the 3rd exit right. This is called IFIELD AVENUE. Go down Ifield Avenue, through tthree mini roundabouts. After the 2nd mini roundabout keep going and take the first turning left. This is IFIELD GREEN. Turn left into IFIELD GREEN. When you turn left into IFIELD GREEN you will immediately go over ONE RAMP then you will see a big sign on your left hand side " D VINCI MANOR HOTEL / GUEST HOUSE ". This is it. Go straight through into the car park.

THEN PROCEED AND WAIT OUTSIDE CONCORDE HOUSE. SEEK DIRECTIONS FROM INFORMATION DESK OR ANY AIRPORT EMPLOYEE FOR DIRECTIONS TO CONCORDE HOUSE.
B) IF YOU LAND AT NORTH THEN AGAIN ONCE YOU ARE COMPLETELY READY TO BE COLLECTED PHONE THE TAXI ON 01293-888888 AND THEN PROCEED UNDER TO THE SOFETEL HOTEL WHICH IS AT NORTH TERMINAL
