    The Spirit of Life Centre is located on the stunning Mani peninsiula in Southern Greece. We are on the foothills of the Taygetos mountains overlooking the blue Mediteranean - a mere ten minutes walk to the sea.

    Typical Day


    Our traditional appartments are comfortable and spacious with ensuite bathrooms and cooking facilities.

    We have an extensive library of mind/body/spirit books, audio and dvd.

    The yoga studio space is available for your own personal practise or quiet meditation.

    Our outdoor kitchen and pergola is a focal point where guests can relax with views over our wild flower garden and the sea.

    During your stay you can book optional sessions - thai yoga massage, reiki, shiatsu, aromatherapy, healing, personal coaching, horse riding and even bee keeping.

    No pets sorry - but you are welcome to befriend our wild tortoises.

    Yoga, walking and holistic holidays start from £490 per week.


    Flights to Athens and Kalamata. We can arrange taxi transfers from the airport to the Spirit of life centre.


    We offer a 10% discount to those travelling to us overland (not air) or by sea.
